Probably wise to run on a VPS.

With proper management spreading tasks, accounts and schedules to run at different times you can easily manage several hundred accounts with under 1GB of RAM.

Is this bot able to reply by scraping specific keywords in tweets or hashtags? Also if a bunch of accounts are loaded is it able to only reply to a tweet 1 time so the different accounts arnt replying to the same tweet?

Yes it can Reply/Mention Search and has an option to 'Split Results'
