Important Reminder:
Although it is already stated in the terms of the license for the Like Jacker (and all of our products), under no circumstances are you given the right to resell, give away or share, in full or in part, your license key with anyone else.
We offer licenses that allow you to install and use the plugin only on sites that are owned, either in part or in full by you. This means if you only manage a site for a client, as an example, you do not have the right to install the plugin on their site either for free, for payment or as a favour.
If you don't own the site you're installing the plugin on then you do not have the right, under the terms of your license, to install the plugin on that site. If you pass on a site, sell a site or give away a site that you installed the jacker on you must remove the jacker from the site before the new owner takes over that site.
When we catch customers breaching the terms of the license we always deactivate that license key from our system which renders the plugin unusable on every site that was using that license key. Under these conditions we do not offer a refund of any kind and look at taking further actions to recover any costs incurred by us as a result of the license terms being breached.
If you feel that this is unfair allow me to give you a real life example:
Customer A buys a 50 site license from us. That customer then offers to install the jacker on to the sites of 49 other people at, let's say $5 a pop. Customer A makes themselves a nice $245 BUT when those 49 people require support for the jacker they come to our support team for help. Would you think it fair that we support 49 customers that we never received a penny from while customer A sits with $245 in his pocket which was earned off the backs of others hard work and leaving us to deal with those customers?
Trust me, we are able to find those licenses that are being shared, we are able to disable them and we are able to leave you to clear up your mess. If you have bought a license from somewhere else us than directly from us then expect your license to stop working and when it does I suggest you return to the person who you bought that license from and demand your money back.
And you are always welcome to come to us to purchase a genuine license. We put in a lot of time and effort to create the plugins that we create. We formed a business out of this and we operate that business to generate an income so that we can pay our bills and feed our families. Behind the products and behind this forum profile are real people who are just trying to make an honest living like everyone else.
Thankfully the vast majority of BHW users, and our customers as a whole, are honest and decent folk and we would like to thank them but, as with everything in life, you always get the tiny minority that act like d!cks and think they can get one over on others.
