FB will never make public the IP's that their staff use and I am sure they have a system in place to change those IP's on a regular basis.Thanks, Shez

I played with it for a while and it's not working with all settings.
The modal box does work just fine.
I embedded a video and when I select click video as jacking option nothing happens.
Same for images or when leaving all options blank. Then it's supposed to jack visitors that click anywhere on the site.
That does not work either.
Are there any known issues or reasons for that?

Hi, all of the Like Jacking options work fine. With some videos, depending on how they have been embedded to the site, the Jacker can't read that embed code. This is more so when a theme or plugin is used to display/manage the video placement.
It could also seem that the Jacker isn't working correctly on any other setting after testing the Modal box if you actually Like Jacked yourself via the Modal box. Once a visitor has been Like Jacked the plugin will then ignore that visitor. So if you have been Like Jacked the plugin is now doing what it's supposed to do and ignore you which means it will now appear to you as though the plugin isn't working when in fact the plugin is doing exactly what it is meant to do.
Some themes, due to the way they are coded and their functions, can actually interfere with the Jacker when you choose the default "Whole Page" jacking option.
Using the Modal box is actually the best option for jacking as many of your visitors as possible because people can't resist the natural reaction of closing that pop-up box when it appears and that is exactly what you want them to do so they get Like Jacked.
Also, bear in mind that if you have told the jacker to only jack 1 in every 5 visitors (as an example) it won't try and like jack every visitor. The same is true if you have set the jacker to be inactive at any time of the day etc.
As you said, the Jacker popped up the Modal box to Like Jack you which means it is working perfectly on your site and doing its thing but if you're still not 100% sure please speak with our support team at http://webuildtools.com/helpdesk/ and they will happily test this out for you for your peace of mind. However, it is not helping in this case. When running with modal box, the page will get liked 100% of the time. I can then unlike it and try it again. It's working perfectly. However, all other settings are not working at all for me. No matter if video, image or selecting none to jack when clicked every where. I appreciate your support desk but this may be relevant for other members too.
