If you combine this simple diet with 1 hour of weights and 1 hour of cardio you can drop 1lb / day. You don't just lose fat from stubborn places like
your belly... you'll notice crazy shit like your nose getting skinnier. I got this idea when I realized how important it is to chew food. The stomach
will not pull out all the vitamins and minerals it needs from chewed salads or any other type of food. You wind up shitting a lot of those nutrients
out. So when you blend, your body is able to pull in all the nutrients it needs, it balances your hormones.... it's incredibly powerful. And it's also
the most efficient way I've found to "eat" veggies. Preparing salads is a PITA but pouring a glass and drinking it takes 2 minutes.
What you are saying is actually good advice.
It's just juicing though, or in your case blending - it's nothing new and it's definitely not some secret, and a lot of people do it including myself (admittedly have slacked off recently).
For anyone interested in getting into it - basically just buy a decent juicer and a blender, a book on juicing (Jason Vale is a good start), lots of fruit and veg. Have some sweet fruits like apples and pineapples to balance out foods like kale, spinach, beetroot. I recommend avocado too because it contains healthy fats which keep you full for ages, but juice everything else first and then blend it all together. Use a lot of leafy greens and a good selection of fruits. If you want to eat just eat healthy shit like salads, eggs, nuts etc - this is also just common sense. Juice at least 3 times a day, or more if you want. I actually like the idea of making it in bulk - hate cleaning the damn thing. Also use vacuum sealed containers so the air doesn't get to the enzymes.
As for exercise what you said obviously works too - weights+cardio. Even better just do BJJ or Muay Thai 4 times a week. Got in the best shape of my life with those two a few years back and I was drinking beer every night and my diet was shit. The training is insanely intense but the fat just melts off of you. Don't need to do weights either as you just get muscular naturally but in good proportion. In other words your whole body gets worked out.
I'm actually planning to get back into BJJ after a long break, but this time actually stay on a healthy diet too, as I'm turning into a phat phuck from all this IM. Do that and you can get a six pack in a month - month and a half depending on how fat you are. As for all that other stuff you mentioned - I'm going to look into it. Knowing about hormones and all that shit is interesting, but really it's just a healthy diet and exercise when it comes down to it. And I mean proper exercise, not doing curls in front of a mirror. I like to keep things simple.
Good luck bros
