Our Normal Retention Views are unaffected by this latest YT Update. You may order as much as you want.

However, Mixed Retention Views are slightly slower and the view count increases slowly and sometimes drops. This issue should be fixed by the end of this week, possibly earlier. You may wish to hold off on ordering Mixed Retention Views for the time now.

GreenSocials has been the worst service I've had in a long time.

Bought Instagram followers, there was no response for 4 days, I messaged them, apparently "order form came up blank". Was promised even more followers!
24 hours later, there was nothing going on, so I messaged them back. Response: "Sorry about this. We will deliver your followers.".
After waiting a few more hours, I disputed the charges on PayPal. Got no response on PayPal for 8 days, after that they just closed the case, with no comment or anything, and gave my money back.

You're being highly unfair.

There was no response for 4 days because we didn't get your order due to a form error. This very rarely happens, but whenever it does, we compensate due to delay. We explained this to you and offered to deliver 2x followers as compensation.

Then, your profile had restrictions on it, so the followers could not be delivered in a timely manner. You did not explain this to us.

Afterwards, you opened a dispute, even though we were committed to fulfilling your order. We prefer to deal with this issues in a civil manner. If you had requested cancellation and a refund, we would have granted it immediatelly. Instead, you opened a dispute, which is a show of bad faith, so we did not respond immediately.

I understand I've been away from BHW for a while, and some of your messages and PM's have not been answered in a timely manner. I apologize for this - I have been very busy working on my services to improve their quality and make them more efficient. I will be checking this BST and my PM's daily from now on.

Regarding our YT Views, we have always been committed to provide the highest quality service possible, with a focus on safety. Up until August last year, we had a recurring problem where videos would sometimes get removed during updates, and this forced us to cancel orders and refund our customers' money. This was very frustrating, both for us and our customers.

Things have changed for the better. Our YT Views are now consistenly high quality, equal or better than what the top sellers here are offering. We haven't had any removals due to our views in over 6 months. Retention is very high, and speeds are reasonable - fast but not excessively fast, between 1k and 25k views per day, depending on order size. Again, this is due to safety. I know other sellers offer speeds of about 25-50k views per day. This is very risky and practically guarantees your video or your views will be removed at some point.

It's true that from time to time some problems can arise. Some of you have had issues with speed or delays. These things happen - not one seller's service works perfectly all of the time. It just doesn't work that way.

A few of you have been having problems with your orders - problems such as delays, forms coming in blank, etc. This will soon be a thing of the past. We're currently testing and setting up a new online store, which will make it easier and faster for you to order our services, especially when ordering different services - you will no longer need to place separate orders.

We are also working on improvements to our website and new services - we will announce them when they're ready.
