The proxies where tested OK by the program ..multiple times... Tried Gmail without success.

Think about it - for Twitter to block you, that means you successfully connected to Twitter but they sent the block back.
So like I said, it is Twitter blocking you.

An easy way to tell is trying to create an account with 'Real IP' because usually, unless you are using a VPS from a dodgy network, your Real IP will work.

I can assure you that error 403 is Twitter blocking you
Bad means bad. Not sure why you are telling me.

Just Google "HTTP Error 403" if you don't believe me lol
And there is nothing I can do about you not connecting to your proxies.

I had no problem before the update 1.6, my proxies works perfectly.
I can connect me on all my twitter account, but not with tsupremacy.

after the update, every proxies i buy after the update tell me " bad " with tsupremacy but the proxiez is not bad ...

Nothing about the way the bot uses proxies or connects to Twitter was changed in the last update. There is no problem with TSupremacy and there is nothing to fix. The problem is with you and your proxies, because you are the only one with the problem.
