Delted Adsense account reapplied from same IP and PC

I want to show ads on my blogspot blogs and I was not able to do that because I have to get non-hosted for doing that. Youtube approved adsense account can only be able to show ads on Youtube. I deleted that account, cleared the history and made a new gmail account. Signed in to the older account open blogger's earnings tab and clicked switch adsense account. Signed into new account filled details. Changed bit of address and first name mobile number too. What will happen? Will I get approved and will I be able to attach youtube accounts to that adsense account?

Couldn't two people at your house have separate Adsense accounts?

Thats what I want to know. But I have did in less than 2 minutes. Similar email address just difference of single number.

That's precisely what I meant. If they contact you just tell them you and your imaginary sister have an account.

I have 2 adsense accounts, both registered from the same IP, one of them being a youtube only account.
I registered the 2nd one about 6 months ago, never had any problems.
Registered it on a different name, then changed the payee to my name.

It is really possible,Have got pin or any money from adsense,if not,You get banned when you try to get pin

I have verified both addresses on both accounts, which are the same address, and received multiple cheques from both accounts.
