Hey guys you have to admit that SweetFunny is a very good person and over the years she made our lives in marketing considerably easier,just show some compassion and patience,you can see going from version 1 to version 2 could'nt be super easy,plus over the years she never let us down,i'm not a kiss ass,just a customer who appreciate her quality products and support.give it a little time,you can always use functions temporary from v1 in the mean time.

ranktracker I tried and it does not work, I mean how hard it is to check the top 500 results for one keyword, it takes forever, and no result at all, rubbish

Ok since you are having ongoing issues with the RankTracker, and saying Bing doesnt work, Yahoo doesnt work, proxies don't work etc etc i'm happy to refund your $15. Please email support with and mention your BHW username.

Bug in 2.0:
- Row (xxx) at the harvested urls stays on screen, even when the program is not active.
- Custom harver 'Stop button' doesn't work.

When you say it stays on the screen when the program isn't active, do you mean you have completely shut ScrapeBox down but GUI components are still visible? If so are you running it on a server over RDP?

You are using a beta release, and with your statements like "bla bla bla does not work", you are not helping us or anybody at all with that.
If everything in a beta would be perfectly fine, then there would be no beta any longer.
If you are not willing to anticipate in the public beta test, then just stay with SB V1, nobody force you to use V2 during its beta test phase.

No if you wanted it to work you would of contacted support and supplied specific details of what's wrong, steps to reproduce the problem or even sent us one of your RankTracker projects so we could run it and fix it or check that it's not user error on your end. By posting in our sales thread things like "Nothing works and it sucks" is just a deliberate attempt to cause problems.

Please contact support, include your BHW username and you will be given a full $15 refund for the plugin.

hi with scrapebox 1.6 i get "ip blocked" error when i check the indexed backlinks. however with version 2.0 beta it seems to work fine.. so there is no problem with my IP as i tought before.. the "indexing checker" needs some fix: - much show how many links are indexed and how many are not - must allow us to export indexed or non indexed backlinks - when we paste the links from Clipboard to Scrapebox it should auto remove empty lines , it should keep only the links

If your having any problem Email Scrapebox support!! He is a nice guy or women. I have talk to this person many times. He or She will fix the problem and add it to the next update release or possibly the next one after that.

I assume that it could be a she because my receipt from years ago had the name Lynette Webb I think it was. I looked her up, its a women in the UK. So she could be the developer. For some reason I thought the guy was in Florida. Anyway don't care I was just curious a few times.

Yeah, I totally agree. I got my first license not all that long after it came out for $47, its been just over 5 years since I got that first copy. Ive gotten well over $500 of value in updates alone, and by that I mean many softwares charge you for updates after a certain time period, and I could have easily paid $500 for the updates over the years. Plus the sheer money Ive made using Scrapebox as a tool in my online marketing, thats in excess of six figures combines over the years.

Plus they have given me hundreds of dollars in support as well, you hit it spot on.

Most of this is on our ToDo list and will be added.

Ok, an update on my RankTracker travails. Importation of 1.x projects is working for me, with one small proviso. I have to restart SB2 to get the imported keywords to show up. Also the tone of email exchange improved quite a bit. I'm definitely happy.

And the rank tracking itself: definitely faster than SB1. Speed improvement is enough that I'm reconsidering how I generate keywords to track. I will produce larger lists now. I'm a happy customer again!

I don't mind that something doesn't work in beta. I mind being told something *will not* work. If it might work later, just freakin' say so. It isn't that hard: "Sorry that feature isn't working yet. We hope to have it working at a later date. Thank you for bringing it to our attention."

FWIW, I had my AV get grumpy during a few Proxy scrapes provided via SB v2. It claimed one of the "sites" had malware/virus. I didn't note which ones tho. It was either on supported source 11 or 12.

Generally that would mean that there is some bad data in the list or something like an anti-virus etc... is locking the process due to data in the list. So try to make the list smaller and work with chunks, do smaller portions load? If so then work thru the list does a specific portion not load?

Make sure of course its set as trusted/allowed in all security software.

When it freezes does it say not responding or does it ghost white or go all black or what exactly does it do?

I made 1mil url lists and was able to load all of them.

No issues with security software.

It doesn't ghost white, nor all black, just the usual mouse working green circle that won't stop rotating.

You can, just select the first source, scroll down, hold the shift key and select the last source, then click the delete button.
Thats common under windows, to use shift or ctrl keys in combination with mouse clicks.

Are you using 32 or 64bit? What is your system resources like?

Its either a resource issue, perhaps your system is running out of resource, or you are using 32bit and the 32bit memory limit is reached. Or it could be security software scanning it and grinding things to a halt.
