Placed one order, tried to place another but wouldnt go through on Paypal... not sure why? Looking for a quick start. This is my first order and just a test for now! Any ideas whats up with your page ordering through Paypal?

Negative. There are several factors involved. The main would be the method used to deliver. That's probably the first thing they target (initially).

Then accounts that have been flagged before for using that kind of service would probably be looked at first.

Then, videos that are blackhat, and cpa stuff get looked at as that is where alot of 1k views purchased for unlisted method.
