I plan on getting this but don't have an efficient method of gaining followers. Can anyone help me out or lead me in the right direction?

we need a random option for the tweet (list) module under the scheduler as well. Just a heads up

Should be fixed after updating

The Tweet List schedule does have a random option

Version 0.88b
[+] Follow Mentions
ok, also how do I adjust the number of tweets sent from the tweet list schedule? I made a module with a list of about 50 tweets speard over 6 accounts and they all tweet 6 things at the same time which was not what I really wanted

As per usual, gtothem has fixed the bugs I had in 1 day. This app is really coming along.

I have a new error showing up in the history window, but it doesnt seem to stop anything from working. It happens on a Follow task. I have it set to follow 10 followers from a specific account. Like the other pictures I have whited out import things.

So I left this bot running for a few days (following people). Good news is that even with 20+ threads, it no longer crashes. That's great.

Bad news is, I found out it was following the same 600-1000 people throughout all accounts. So I closed the bot and reopened it and found out it starts following people right from the beginning of the list. Shouldn't the bot follow where it left off?

For instance, I followed the 700th person, shouldn't the bot start off at 701th next time?

Also, some of my list are 100k+, not sure if this huge of a list will run into problems.

Edit: When I try to edit my schedule tasks, I get this error: error.jpg

When a task is completed it removes the people it followed from the list and then saves it. It's not feasible to save the list to a text file everytime you follow somebody - especially when you are running more than 1 account because you will run into File IO Operation Errors. So, no it will not start from the 701th if you stopped it mid task.

I will look into the scheduler editor issue but in all honesty the only difference between editing and deleting + creating is a few button clicks..

Yes loading 100k+ list is definitely excessive and unnecessary. I suggest splitting it up into more manageable chunks.

I agree it's just the difference in a few button clicks, but what's the point of allowing us to edit the scheduler if we can't actually edit it?

gtothem,

It's run great all day, it got the Value error again, but this time for the first time, it was a negative value. It was during a favorite run again, Value of '-2' is not valud for 'Value'. 'Value' should be between 'minimum' and 'maximum'

It doesnt seem to have frozen up the software, or negatively impacted things as it had previously though.

gtothem,

I just ran into a real funny one. I have it favoriting a bunch of tweets with a specific keyword. Some people are using that hashtag to do a bunch of #nsfw stuff. They are all tagging it #nsfw though.

Can I get a negative filter of some kind. I want it so it contains this keyword, but not this other one.

I can put something like that on the todo list

gtothem,

I guess i'll just continue being the loudmouth around here :)

I would love the bad word list to be a global setting so I can make it a huge list. I want to block all porn/adult words and some violent words.

The other big thing that I noticed is that the follow filters would be amazing on the favorites. Right now a lot of my favorites are going to waste on complete spam.

I just bought this only for created accounts without running into captcha.

This does the trick! (:

Great bot OP made 1000 accounts in no time

Ok so I set the auto dm feature, through the accounts tab, and opened each account, loaded up a list and selected follow back as well.
It runs fine but it only messages and follows back like 1 new follower even though I'm getting maybe 10 or 12. Sometimes it will even say no new followers found? I'm
trying to think of a reason why, maybe because I have it following new users ever few hrs so the list syncs and its not recognizing new followers it hasn't message? idk either it might be something to look into

actually, I just went in, and manually did the DM for all my new followers from the past 2 days and it worked well for about 2 minutes then I got "The remote server returned a bad request (403)
I think this would be a good option to add to the scheduler. messaging to new followers every x hours?

Yeah, it messages newly found followers. So if you are syncing somewhere else it's not going to recognize them as new.

Yeah, I guess it makes sense to have the Direct Message > Since Time on the scheduler so it's possible to message new followers in the last 2 hours on a 2 hour schedule for example.

wow I just found out I'm having the same issue.I
have my accounts set to follow from a list (4k) , and its split across each account with "save Remaining" checked.

When i went to my history tab recently, i saw "The process cannot access the file C:\Program Files\Dank Bots--
[LIST NAME].txt--------- because it is being used by another
process.

I went back to one of the people it recently followed and ALL of my accounts were following them.......
