The problem in this industry is that you get people that try and hurt your business by sending in "spies" or whatever you want to call them to buy from you, analyze you, test you and then go around slandering you and your business all over the place.

If perhaps you buy from me and your video gets removed due to something I have done for instance, I refund you. Simple.
If you need help and I so happen to know a little bit about what it is you need help with, I will help you. Even if you're not a client. That's just how I do things.
If you as a prospect have ANY doubt in me, my customer service or my services in general, take some time to go through my thread and read what people have said about me and my services. Not only that, but also take the time to see how I handle questions, requests and the like.

I TOTALLY AGREE. I would use no one else but Ruoall at the present time and have never had a video deleted using his service. It's the best (and safest as far as I'm concerned) thing going. Don't sweat the newbies, if there actually even is a problem with his channel/videos, it's not Ruoall's Low Risk views.
I think his service is safe. I'd rather go with reviews from a lot of well known and respected users of this community than someone who has joined this month and has 7 posts. What exactly is a "normal video"? Is it something like you messing around with friends or is it blatant affiliate marketing? YT doesn't only take down cracks and keygens. For all I know, you could be his competition trying to ruin his name. And if that is the case, then it is sad.

Honestly it is almost insane how reliable he has been for me. When I wanted a weird order he made sure to make it clear what he was and wasn't comfortable doing to keep things safe. No one else ever did that. Simply put he has helped me more than almost anything else I have done.

The rate is $1.5 per 1000 Absolute Low Risk Retention Views.
I don't offer GEO at the moment unfortunately.
