Can you give more information about the retention of the views? Retention affects the SERP a lot. If bunch of the views are lower retention then it wont rank as well. I understand it needs to be mixed to appear authentic but if the overall mix leaves the retention average low especially for longer videos than it's not really worth it. I still don't know if it's worth it regardless because it's still a risk.

Howabout fixing the CHAT SYSTEM over there? I signed up 2 weeks ago and wanted to ask questions. The chat button returns an error [FILE NOT FOUND]. Today, same thing. You state your support is 24hrs yet when I want to chat with someone that system is foo bared. Why is that? I mean hasn't anyone noticed, complained, reported this?

I have no idea what you are referring to as my chat system is working and nowhere do I say 24hrs, 7 days a week. We have to sleep too you know

Please let me know where exactly you are seeing these messages and errors and how I can be of assistance as nobody has ever complained about this.
