Thank you for the support, Just realized I'm going to have to regulate my BHW time. Two hours so far and haven't got any work done. Definitely need to focus on my work today. BHW is a great way to spend time because I'm learning soo much so fast but back to work I go...

Babypar is a partner with me on a couple of very successful ventures as well as some on his own... he knows his stuff and is well worth listening to... not only does he have a good business head on his shoulders he can code like a BOSS!
Hope it didn't seem like I was trying to downplay Babypar's comment. I was agreeing. As everyone has said 2 months is nothing for SEO. Thats why I decided to move away from it somewhat for my first two projects. Still doing SEO to promote them.

Well...Spent the entire day from this morning til now working on my project. I got a lot done but unfortunately still got some work to do before I can launch. Not sure if I'll be able to work on this tomorrow but trying to reschedule stuff so that I can hopefully get this launched tomorrow. I've taken care of a lot of bugs and got a few more things to build before its fully ready. I've taken a lot of shortcuts to get this done quickly and some of those shortcuts have come back to cause trouble.
I setup cc payment and working on deployment stuff right now. I've heard of services on here to process cc payments so I'm going to check them out and sign up for another one tomorrow. I put in about 12 hours today and I can feel it. I've been sitting for way too long, but it was a ton of fun. I'll check-in again tomorrow and hope to launch tomorrow or the next day.

Are you planning to start your all assignments in one shot ?
No, I'm working on the first project and gonna hopefully launch that soon. Then if it works out I'll spend a week automating it and then to the next project.
I simply take breaks from my current project and work on the other niche stuff to keep from getting tired of the same project all day.

I was busy with other stuff the last two days. Only got about 2 hours in yesterday, but 2 hours in so far today. Having to go back and deal with bugs and things that I skipped since I rushed so much. Cleaning up issue after issue with servers to get it online. I feel pretty close.
Haven't bought the domain yet but I have a few in mind. Not sure if to use a long domain that directly matches what I'm doing or use one I already own that is a generic short domain that is marketable but isn't descriptive? We shall see which I go with. Might go with long one just to test the waters.

Back to it...So I'm back to work. I have about an hour or two so I'm hoping to launch my first project before then. Hopefully I can make a sale by tomorrow. I've decided to go with a long but descriptive domain for now. I'll probably launch a few versions of this project under different domains later to test diff SEO on each one.
DONE! Well done with this part. So my project is ready to launch! What I thought would take a couple of hours today turned into 8. Just working on launching it tomorrow. I'll spend next week automating everything to avoid much work. Hoping to make a sale by tomorrow. Everything is working perfectly but there's a few changes I need to make to get better conversion. Not that I've made a sale yet but I know there's a few things that might hurt my conversion. Well time to go socialize.

Well made my first sale, but my dog went missing...launched my project went out to eat n when i came back one of my dogs was missing. Took a while to figure out he jumped/fell from my second story window. Spent 2hrs looking for him..bummer. No sign of him yet, hope hes ok. Just hope someone found him n he didnt break anything. House down the street has a large planter knocked over, hoping they found him n have him. We shall see.

It was a good Sunday. I made a few sales and found my dog. He had a few minor scratches but for jumping from a second story window onto concrete hes pretty lucky. His name isn't SEO so I won't bring him up anymore .

- 8 niche ideas for affiliate marketing ( 2 good, 2 ok, 3 not too good, 1 not fully researched yet)
- 2 ideas for SEO services I can build
- amazon associates account
- $100 google Adwords from an old voucher (plus a few other vouchers which apparently still work)
- A possible way to test ideas and get vouchers, unlikely but worth testing
- Plenty of passion and dedication

Well I met with a manufacturer and manager that I'll be partnering up with to start a supplement drop-shipping company. This just came up randomly from talking to a guy in my neighbourhood. They needed a tech guy since they were gonna do everything old school. The $2k/month in two months is seeming quite reachable now. My goal is to bring that drop shipping service to you guys here. Can't wait.
I'm working on automating my launched service to avoid having to do things manually. That should pick up sales next week and hoping to hit $30/day next week. Its all potential for now, but the fact that I have sales and new business venture in the works is just amazing to me from where I was 2 weeks ago.

Yes $2000 is pretty big goal, but if you give and sincere efforts you will achieve that.

i just created an AB test to improve conversion. Made some mistakes that were pushing customers away. Ill be testing tomorrow. I spent the last two days planing for the supplements company Im starting. Thanks again!
