Starting a new social network

Hey guys, I started a thread 2 months ago when I was planning to create a new and a very unique social network. The work is almost done and now I am looking for ways to promote it. The problem is that I am short of funds. I want your suggestions to promote this social network spending minimum amount possible.

I have also created an android app for this website.
Currently I only have Pinterest to promote this website because I kind of dominate pinterest.

After doing some calculations, I need approximately $25,000 to bring 50K-75K users on this website.

Suggest me some methods please.

Search investors and enter into legal contract with them, they will give you money for profit share. But you need to impress them + provide full plan of promotion etc

You need angel investor to fund your project. And viral marketing is ideal for your social media project.

Look how much money Google threw at G+ and look how far they got.

Investors will take the same view I think.
