We always have video removals, but 99% of the time they are because of the video content. As you may already know, many (if not most) of BHW users order views for videos that are for cracks, hacks and other illegal content not allowed by Youtube's Terms of Service, so those videos are at risk of being removed even without applying a seller's views. We recently received a report that a video that was not for any of those things was removed. We are currently updating ourselves on everything related to the current situation regarding Youtube updates.

If your video was removed, please e-mail us (don't PM if it's urgent- it takes longer for us to reply to PMs) at [email protected] , and give us the following information

1. Video Link
   
2. Amount of views ordered
3. Type of views ordered
4. Any info regarding Video title/content

If you want, you can just forward us the confirmation e-mail we sent, with an explanation of what happened. That works as well.

Don't tell us:

1. Your PayPal payment information. Transaction numbers are different for sellers and buyers, so it wouldn't help us at all to find your order.

If you ordered:

• Mixed Retention Views - You may not ask for a refund, but we can replace views to a new video instead.
• Normal Retention Views - You may ask for a refund or for replacement views.

If it was removed there's not much point in stopping views since the video can no longer receive them anyways.

Review: I purchased the bronze package and it got my video removed. My video doe NOT violate youtube's TOS. I did some research and its from the fake views, most likely a public script.

I Placed an order and it took 2 days for it to start up and after the views got delivered my video was removed from YouTube. My video did not violate any of YouTube policy's. My video I asked him to deliver the views on was a simple music video ...basically I should of stuck to my supplier on fiverr I only Tried this because of the high retention.

• When did you order? Which was your video? (tell me via PM or e-mail)
• Did you order views from anyone else?
• What type of views did you order?
• What exactly did the e-mail from Youtube say? Did it say it was because of views?

Anyway, let me help you. Send me as much information about this to me as you can, to my email ([email protected]).


UPDATE

We found the issue that cause the video removals in the past few days. Without going into specifics, we found the specific changes Youtube made in their last update and adjusted our method accordingly.

Don't worry, these YT updates always happen from time to time. It's not the end of the world.
