I have a music video on youtube for a latin american band. It is a 5 minute video with 5,000 views and 15,700 minutes watched. The strongest concentration of views is from the bands home country and with most of the rest coming from the US. The video is roughly a month old. These analytics are real and reflect genuine interest from a small group of viewers. I need to bump these numbers up so I can start pitching people using the video and it's numbers as a foundation. I want to do so in a way that models the legitimate response to the video. In other words, I want to geo target the latin american country, the US, and possibly some european countries. I want to drip deliver black hat numbers, maintain the watch length average of 3 minutes, and bump the views, likes, dislikes, and comments up in a manner that maintains the ratios generated from real people. Is this something you would be able to deliver at some point in the near future?

Regular views don't have any retention; they are about 30seconds or less watch time, which means they are only useful for increasing your view count. High-retention views are useful for ranking. HR Views are not monetizable, you can use them with AdSense if you want but we don't recommend doing so.

We don't have Geo-targeted views and we don't support drip-feeding - we would like to have Geo-Targeted views available, but first we need to find a reliable supply of country-targeted traffic in order to make this possible.
