I too thought my views came from a mobile device, although it's bad wording on the part of YouTube. On one part of the analytics it says mobile views and direct traffic. However, if you then go and click on 'devices', you'll see the breakdown of where the views came from and it should be extremely low.

Thanks for explaining that. If you ordered Normal Retention Views, any mobile views that may appear were not delivered by us.

I am sorry but for the time being I will not purchase another order. I ordered the retention views at 80% retention but it was around 62% when delivered. I know you said this issue has been fixed but I would be insane to order another package expecting another result. IDK perhaps I will come back if I cant find another good vendor.

Sorry about that - We still have these occasional problems with Mixed Retention Views - but they are rare nowadays. You can PM me your video link and I can fix the video's average retention for you by sending more views.

My late review:

I ordered the 5k regular views for $3. Views came in about a week on my video and fortunately they were safe and my video did not get removed. Avg. retention was 66% for me. He also overdelivered and gave me double views.
Only thing is my video did not get ranked but I guess I have to work on it and add likes and comments. Looking forward to the bonus views
