If you are a reseller you can still add orders, so no worries there.

All Facebook, Twitter, and Soundcloud services are available, as well as Youtube Ratings.

If you ordered on 2/11 to 2/13, we are now currently processing orders and we will deliver your services.

We are sorry, there were also delays over the weekend, but we will be implementing some changes that will make these long delays a thing of the past.

I see you are still having removal issue, I'll wait for a while before I try again.
I'll keep monitoring your thread and see what happens.
Hopefully you can start to have no videos removed.
