PS: In b4 the mods show you the door, don't let it hit your arse on the way out.

Na i have tried to be kool yet clowns like you want to neg rep people for making a post about the topic on hand that is what started this bs in the first place.
If the Mods would start blocking Clowns that neg rep for no reason, with the I am Badass because i can neg rep Syndrome then it wouldn't be a problem.
Neg Rep for the one liners and post whores is fine but when i am making comments along with the topic and get neg rep"d thats bullshit

And your the one making a ass out of yourself with the dumbass picture. but i bet thats kool because you got the blue name and the neg rep button?

And far as the jiffy lube comment go for it I bet you will make more then you do online.
I am done arguing with the almighty and this thread

So far I have lost about $500 trying to trade penny stocks. I know what mistake I made however. I think I have a method that will work. I will post the details once I test it out. I'm also reading Penny Stocks for Dummies so I have a general idea of what I'm doing.

what happends if you have two trading accounts and on the first you buy shares to manipulate the stock and on the other trading account you short sell the same stock. You sell high and buy low, you cover your short.

example

1 trading account buys 100 000 shares at price 0.30 and the second account shorts 100 000 shares but gains like 40% in a really short time.

i believe it is called wash trading. Or some people call it flash trading.

It is most certainly possible to profit off these trash stocks getting "pumped and dumped". Yeah you can identify them early on and buy, hoping for the pump to actually be successful but that is basically just as bad as the fools that buy it thinking they will make loads of money.

It is better to short these stocks after they have gained like 100% or whatever it might be. Loads of people do this though too and basically it isn't "easy". There are probably thousands of people looking to short these stocks after they have been pumped up waiting for them to be "dumped" but sometimes it doesn't work so easily. Just google shorting penny stocks or something and you will find a load of info on it.

Also, don't try and ever carry out a pump and dump...not worth the money you make risking a lot of jail time or fines

If you know how to manipulate social engineering then yes its possible.

Buy into a stock, do crazy SEO/PR releases etc. to get that stock to be mentioned EVERY where as the hottest shit, get a few celebz to tweet about it (maybe hack accounts) for even more social proof = noobs will soon follow.

Hack into eTrader and get their customer's email's.
Spam their Users promoting a particular stock.
When the price has reach it's peak, sell.

Might not need to be as difficult as all that.
Why not create an "investment club" website, and use the verification emails for stock pushing?

As I understand it, the "pump and dump" is a crime when the person doing the pumping is also doing the dumping. What would a legal firewall separating the pumper from the dumper look like?

Pump & Dump is not only fraud but also amounts to federal offence.

Why not do something to earn money that actually give Value To people, Rather Than making their lives miserable.

I used to manage a group of stock spammers and I made a killing doing it. It isn't necessarily illegal if you follow the rules, but it is hard to get enough volume inbox to really move a stock. It's even harder to get paid by the stock promoter.....they are an untrustworthy bunch. The last time I did this was around 2006 and I got out of the business after a phone call from the SEC inquiring about the promoter who scammed me out of $50k. I know the business is still going on, but I haven't been in a long time.

I think doing it via seo would be hard to really get the high volume and produce the urgent excitement that email does.

What % of investors will put money into stock based on its facebook likes, or PR ? As someone who buys stocks, i look at the financial statement, and the strength of their order book or brand recognition.

The best recent example of a decent method around this concept was when the twitter feed of a mainstream news firm got hacked, and they said the president was injured in a bomb strike. Stocks fell through the floor, then recovered once it was
identified as a hoax.

You would be very surprised at the amount of people that blindly but stocks

So I'll ask it again. I had the exact same idea while reading the thread again, and I forgot I had the idea the 1st time & posted it.

For example, in a drug transaction, it's not enough for law enforcement to have evidence of payment, or evidence of the delivery, they have to be able to connect the two in order to prove a transaction has taken place.

In the situation of "pump & dump". If one person pumps for no special profit, and someone else just magically knows when it's time to dump, wouldn't (for all the scared little girls in the thread) law enforcement have to show a connection between the pumper and the dumper in order to prove a crime had been committed?

My new idea:
Investment website. Scrape 4 financial guru's content and include your own 5th shill. Publish the gurus. Maybe the shill echos the gurus until one day the shill starts pumping & pumping.

Meanwhile, in a completely unrelated area of the planet, behind 2 firewalls and 7 proxies, and anonymous person sells-off a stock that coincidentally happens to be the same stock the pumper has been pumping.

You could even go a step further, and give "advance notice" of the pumped stock to special members, and then an emergency order to sell immediately after the tier-1 investors have sold-off. The SEO is used to promote the investment club's website.

Ok, Nigel. So now I fully understand why you want anonymity from the gov't: Because you're a flat out scammer.

I don't think this is a very wise plan but it did remind me of something that's kind of like this. Every quarter companies release an earnings statement. Before that happens, market analysts will put out an earnings estimate. Usually, a stock will rise if a companys earnings were above the analysts earnings estimate (or vice versa). Anyway, some people had the idea that if they could find out the actual earnings (before they're released) then they'd make a lot of money. They started going to these companies websites and were guessing the url of the earnings report. Supposedly, there were companies that were making their url obvious. For example: companyxyz .com/earnings-report/3/1/13 (<-- something I made up). These companies were publishing their earnings reports a day or so early online. They didn't reveal the url but people were guessing them before they were made public.

So, if the company had earnings that quarter exceeding the analysts estimate, then they would buy stock in that company. It's the same way if earnings were bad, they would just short the stock instead.

I wish I could remember where I read about this. I think that I heard about it on YouTube. I can't vouch for this being real or not but it's very interesting nonetheless. If it is true, I wonder if there's any companies out there still using obvious urls. It just seems way too easy. I'm pretty sure that this would land you in jail as well though lol.

I wish. Trust me, if I had an idea that was making me money, I sure as fuck wouldn't be openly posting it on an open forum, even if it was legal. Oh, and btw. It's a blackhat forum. Don't be surprised here, I mean get your digitalis ready for the shock, but there are people here that do things that other people consider "wrong". Shocking, and hard-to-believe, I know. Anyways, thanks for all your years of loyal service, compliance with every rule no matter how stupid and obedience to anyone that had any symbol of authority, even if it was a stick or a tree branch. Go get the stick, boy! Go get it! GOOD BOY! Here's your Scooby Snack. Good Boy. Now, SIT! STAY! Roll over. Play dead. Ka-pow! Good Boy!!
