[Method/Need Advice]Taking Action In Offline(AllInOne)

Hi all!
I am here on blackhatforum from about 2 years ago, reading a lot of methods. Now I am a student and I live in a bigger city with around 300,000 population and I realised the potential of making money with the businesses from here. I can said that there are a lot of businesses whitout a website. What I want to do? Creating a complete online presence for them. Firsty I will contact them by phone asking if they know how important is to have an online presence, then I will propose a free consulting meeting (they have nothing to lose and probably will accept the meeting). What I will do for those who will sign a contract?

1)-HTML Website optimised for mobile devices
-SEO for small competition keywords and Adwords campaigns for medium or high competition keywords(+google analytics)

2)-Facebook business page
-Facebook ads campaigns for legit likes(increasing popularity)

3)-Google Local Business page(reviews)
-Register business on others local websites.

4)-Monitoring the business reputation online(ORM)
-Improving the online reputation

5)-Survey incorporated in the website
-Emails database for promoting offers/discounts, or for contacting the people to leave a review on the google page(to get for example a 10% discount for the next purchase or service)

6)-Youtube videos presenting peoples/services and others about that business.

7)-I am thinking about sms mobile marketing but I dont know how to use or implement it

I would like to discuss here more about that, other ways you know about helping business online and sugestions about the presented services. That would be nice to make this better for me and other who wants to start doing this. I must said that I live in a rather poor country(Romania) where businesses pull every penny so any advice is welcome.

First of all, great job for coming up with an action plan.

However, I believe you will need a better way to approach businesses, because a lot of those businesses were already spammed/contacted by other agencies before, hearing the same damn boring speech.

Time is money for a lot of business owners. No one has time to listen to boring useless consultation. So yes, from their perspective, they have a lot to lose.

I know what you said, but I think in my country this section of market(wed design, seo, social marketing) is not covered at all, I mean there are not so many people that do this I will try phone contact for the first 100 businesses and then if I dont get conversions I will try 7878 method. All I need is 10 businesses to work with me and I will make around $1000 a month(as I said my country is poor and speacking about $500 for an ORM service is not realistic).

ps: I am thinking about using your platform for the reviews, so I will contact you on skype for a demo as soon as I start to do this.

Best to stick with one method first, don't overwhelm potential clients with too much at once. They won't be able to grasp what you're doing.

Good idea, firstly I was thinking about just making websites, but a website without seo or ppc campaigns is nothing, so this is a need. I believe that all bind to each other. I will buy a tablet for every business where clients will be able to complete a short survey from the website when they leave. ,,If you do something then do it properly."
