I am demanding a refund, due to your actions a very important video was taken down due to violation TOS. Did not use any other services or the video was not illegal content. I want to be refunded or compensated for the take down and additional compensation for additional work it has created. I hate doing things like this but you are interfering with my business which is not okay in my mind.

We only use the highest quality available services, with 0 videos removed because of them, so if your video was not for anything illegal, we will need to look into your case to find out what happened. I got the 5K review package and it was overdelivered by a lot. I received 17K views. They were all delivered in about 2 days and my video is still up and has been up for about 8 days so I'm happy with that because the view provider I was using before was getting my videos deleted with 24hours.
