Yes we are able to split likes, actually we have no "must" how old the videos should be, but is still recommended to give videos at-least 48h after upload before boosting them

I highly doubt it - but we will update our service with mixed referers soon (like fb,twitter,google plus, instagram, bing, yahoo) you should wait until this update is done since it will be looking perfectly natural in the YT analytics
