How to get started with CPA? (Newbie)

To start: Im a complete newbie from California and I am determined to be successful in a process whatever it takes!
I have tried to search "CPA" on BHW and nothing comes up. Am I not using the search bar right?

My questions are,
How do i get started?
Which and how do I get onto a CPA Network? What type of CPA offers are there? Which is generally the easier one and harder one?
How do you get paid? What about taxes?
How effective is CPA and YT? any other recommendations?
What tools are needed for this? What investments are needed if any?
How do you see foresee CPA still being effective?

I hope to get answers answer or at least direct me to a link where these have been answered.

A good network I use is Peerfly. For offers, go to offer vault - they show offers from most cpa networks including payouts etc. Email submits are an easy offer type to start with. Most networks pay you with paypal or direct to your bank. Investments = depends if you are doing paid traffic or free search traffic. CPA is still very effective.

First you need to learn from other peoples case studies. Just Google "[CPA NETWORK NAME] Case study" and filter your results to only show pages from past year. So you can find fresh non outdated case studies. Good CPA networks are peerfly,*******,maxbounty,adgatemedia ect. Only apply for them when you have an enough knowledge about these 3 letters, CPA good luck.
