Buying Traffic for Profit

I am interested in purchasing traffic from North America only that will work with autoplay videos that will be on the site for at least 30 seconds so that revenue is generated from the autoplay videos. I also have banners and am wanting to know who has the most affordable traffic for what I am looking for. I am earning around $5 CPM so obviously I want something more affordable than that turning it into a profit. Anyone have any ideas?

You looking for Unique Visitor Traffic for that price? You won't get any cheaper than $4 per 1k visitors, with most networks that are cpm based NOT allowing autoplay videos. You could try media buying but that is a artform of itself. The final result would be you buying PPC traffic, but that becomes ultra expensive. The alternative is to spam social networks and niche sites in order to drum up traffic.

Even if they were bots, as long as they are tracked as from North America and they stay for at least 30 seconds and work with autoplay videos, thats all I care about.

Rather than buying traffic i would like to suggest you to build traffic on you own which will gain more unique visitors....!

Always choose top paying Ads with the highest CTR because the html structure should load it first. Also top paying ads might pay you higher. Locate your ad in a correct place. Also site will have responsive design. It will be able to feature ads that automatically adjust according to the size of the screen. Ads that change automatically depends upon the viewer's screen size. Moreover, always choose wider ads. Wider ads will perform better than a taller ads.

You might as well purchase preexisting traffic sources and milk every penny left and continue redoing that process unless otherwise noted and move on to the next best thing while building multiple methods with the money invested to safeguard your fortune.
