Making money from escort directories.

I have no experience with that type of site, but one idea that came to me was to find a similar site in a different location, ie not direct competition, and start asking questions about how they set it up.

I have no idea how they'd respond, but it might be worth a shot.

First, you HAVE to get traffic (verified through google for example)

Then you have options

Option 1 is to approach the massage parlors, escorts, agencies.
This can be a pain, but can make you good money is you have the right contact

Option 2 my personal favorite, is to promote a site that converts well for escorts.

Thanks for the great advice guys, this is a tricky one. I'd never actually thought of going and asking indirect competitors how they do this, but I've got a good twist on how this could be done to get the info from them. Brainpower do you mean promote an some kind of escort affiliate scheme or make up a seperate site that would attract escorts and convert them to my main escort site via that?

mungus: what I mean is, obtain traffic for a specific keyword (ex New York City Escorts) organically through search (google). Have that site drive / promote a product/service that caters to the escort niche...

Better places to approach them would be to email the guys and gals that post in the classifeds.....tell them that with your directory they can reach more affluent clients and can raise there prices in the directory as a result.

Also, use the search engines (google) to find forums where these ladys hang out. Don't directly contact them at first, but make contact with the other people on the site that are providing services like photography or setting up appointments for the "service providers". These are people who will already know which of there clients are looking to gain more exposure.

That is going to be a hard niche to bank off unless you are pimpin the hoes yourself...

I have been in the adult niche online and made decent but my best bet would be affiliates related to escorts which may be hard to find.

create a site that already ranking with and articles,pictures and shit.once your shit pop off in the ranks.u need to approach them,and meet them,your site already rank and tell the importance of publicity bla bla and how with this can create future opportunities and $8 dollar seems too little.go and charged more because you are undervalue yourself and one more thing give them something like 3 months free membership and get them get leads,if successful,you will get a loyal client already..good luck

You want free listings and have paid listing spots which get the escorts extra attention. You can also monetize the site by allowing escorts to sell content and take a cut from their sales. It's going to be tough to establish such a website and compete with the bigger sites already in the niche.
