Wordpress on Hosting Or Direct Purchase from Wordpress.com (Pros and Cons)

Instead of Hosting Wordpress on other sites , can't we purchase the Wordpress Premium or Bussiness plan directly from Wordpress.com and install Adsense,Chitika etc....

Lol this is the first I am hearing of this, you seem very confused. Most hosting providers have quick install Wordpress scripts, but I'd recommend doing a manual install to avoid getting raped by malicious users.

Yes, more customization (Think plugins). I don't think you can install them on wp.com

These are the free ones; there are premium plugins as well, like BackupBuddy or Gravity Forms.

There are both free and premium (paid) WP themes.

As for how to install, you can either do it within WordPress or via FTP.
