Scrapebox team has not replied my answer from last 7 days..i am thr customer from last 3-4 month but they are not giving good support..this is very bad..

They always respond within 24 hours for me. Are you putting a valid email into the form? Have you checked your spam folder? Have you white listed @scrapebox.com or [email protected] ?

You can try and post your problem here as well, if its not to do with licensing we might be able to help.

Anyone having scrapebox problems? harvesting URL's?

I'm using private proxies tried over 250 different ones today - all never been used and nothing is being scraped, the odd 10 urls etc..

I'm constantly getting an error 400, whats this mean?

This has been going on for me for the last 3 days, spent $100's on private proxies to test it and still getting an error 400 whilst trying to harvest.

No issues for me. What engine are you getting the error 400 from?

Error 400 is a bad request. Google and Yahoo don't give this error and Ive never seen it from bing or aol either.

Try harvesting without proxies, does it work?

Most generally this is going to be a proxy issue or something along the way is interfering and kicking back the error. Such as your anti-virus, firweall, security software like sandboxie etc... So make sure you add allow rules for scrapebox for all these.

I'm getting this error, right now: Unable to access any Scrapebox server at the moment. The connected was aborted before we could reach our server. Looking at the Test Server Connection, Ping test is Green all the time, Access and Authentication test is red.

Am I the only one who gets the error "Unable to check for addons at the moment"?

There is an issue right now, or at least I think there is. I get the errors for addons and updates, saying it can't reach the servers. My auth and acess test show red for Server 1. Server 2 is green. I can still authenticate but seems there is some issue with server 1. However Pingdom shows it as being up.

Anyway, I took screen shots and provided all the info needed and sent it over to support. So Im sure they will clear it up shortly. Its happening for me across my home pc and my servers.

How to select Server 2 ? I can't use Scrapebox right now. I'm getting error. According to Test Server Connection, Server 1 is only green on Ping and Server 2 is all green.

It should default to server 2 for authenticating. If your on too old of a version this could be an issue, you need to be running .64

And if we arrive to requests I will also suggest to add a feature in "Dup Remove" to remove url that are in a certain list. The same as the harvester "Select the URL list to compare" and "Select the URL list to compare on domain level" feature, so we can apply this to lists that are bigger then 1 mil urls.

Issue on the red lights was with emergency switch maintnance which wound up taking several hours instead of the few mins that was projected. Its all working now.

I was not affected on google scraping. Im able to scrape fine with and without proxies.

Well one good reason for proxies is that the blog owner "Could" complain. When I first started with scrapebox 3 years ago I did some runs at my house and forgot to use proxies. Well one blog owner complained and my hosting company said if it happens again they will cancel me. Proxies take the hit in this case and deal with any issues.

Technically 1 private proxy "could" function for the job of posting, but I would go with 10 or more. Getting at least 10 helps add some redundancy incase one dies or there is issues as you often get ips from 2 different servers in this case. Also having 10 makes it where if you comment on the same domain a bunch, the admin doesnt see just the same 1 ip over and over and is less likely to hunt down that ip, delete all their comments and/or complain etc...

Do you mean like open site explorers? The only issue I see with this is that they limit things so severely that whoever used the plugin would also have to buy a subscription from seo moz etc... Which could get pricy depending on how many queries you needed. Which in turn would make the plugin appeal to less people, which means less sales of the plugin, which means if the scrapebox team can provide a plugin that makes them money money and is equally wanted or wanted even more by the community then they would go that route first.

At least thats how I think from a business perspective, dunno all their motivation for various projects. but still, seo moz is not exactly cheap, for what you get, if you only using it to check domain authority etc...

Blogger uses elements that aren't compatible with the learning mode addon in scrapebox. So it wouldn't work. You could of course just log into your accounts and manually do it from the admin panel.

Yeah, thats a good call. Im not sure how they source their info either. One thing that I know comes into play is that the scrapebox userbase is quite large. I know in talking to the developer in the past there has been a couple things that would have been nice to have, but if the scrapebox userbase had been pointed at them, it would have crushed their servers. Which of course has all sorts of problems.

Dunno, Sweetfunny is quite good at sizing things up.

First of all I do not think that anyone will struggle so much to find one when the price is $57, I spend more on a night out.

Second I think you got in the wrong forum... really....
