I have a question ... I had an Exemployee post some really slandours stuff about me on the internet and It right up on the first page of google ... I need to push it at least on to the second. It's complete lies and I need to get it removed and ideas on how to do this? I have tried seoing some blogs and small websites of mine but they still don't out rank the neagtive post! PLEASE HELP!

Well if you have a story to tell, tell it.
If it's a forum post, sign up on the forum and debate the person. If it's a blog that allows comments, post a comment.
If it's a website in itself, then make your own and copy and modify the title and meta tags. If the person has backlinks, you need to get as many quality backlinks as he/she does and even more so you get on top of their site.
Do you have a link to their slander and a response to it? People take scams seriously and if you're falsely accused you need to take that seriously as well.
They posted a Ripoffreport and Complaints board on me and and I rebutled and contact ripoffreport to tell them it needed to be removed and but they said they don't do that. I was also told the rebuttling to it only gives it more strength in the search engines. I have tried jsut about everything to get this stuff removed but It doesn't seem to work at least enough to supress it or something. I tried the websites with with the right meta tags and keywords and I even tried blogging and stuff but It doesn't seem to work Please Any Usefull sugestions ... Anyone else had to deal with this??? Thanks

First, reverse engineer the site you want to out rank. Find out their PR, what links they have to it, etc. Then you'll know what you need to do to push it down.

Why are you worried about rebutting it? I thought it was already up there in search engine ranking... You really need to at least show the whole side of the story. If you provide a decent and reasonable argument then people will at least be less inclined to believe the complaint.
Can you be more specific to your exact problem? When people type in your company name do they see something like scam report?

Doesn't this make the whole shit list forum libelous then? How about all the other scam report websites? Maybe the lawyers will hunt down the mods for aiding and embedding?

You mean aiding and abetting? No, it won't. If that were the case, anyone could sue eBay for creating it's feedback system, or sue the creator of iTrader for creating it, just because someone left them a netative rating.. The only person responsible for libel is the person who writes it.
Remember, the cases linked above were filed in court, but haven't actually gone to trial yet... In all seriousness, the above cases will probably never go to court or will just get shot down. If a ruling like that were to ever happen, no one would ever be able to voice their (negative) opinion online again without getting sued.
I think Peter Pan peanut butter sucks... BOOM, 10 million dollar lawsuit.
I guess there's a thin line between posting a negative review and libel, with the line itself being that libel is the result of a false claim.
