New Micro niche site dancing in serp

Hi there,

I just started my first micro niche site yesterday (Yay! So excited :-)). The only thing I've done is adding one article I've written myself, and one article I've ordered from Fiverr, which is great btw, and I've Facebook liked, Google pluse one:ed, linked in:ed and so on the website. It got indexed this morning.

Okay, so the problem now is that my website is dancing between the first and second page on the keyword I want it to rank for. The best place it's been on is 8:th. :-)

I have read that it do that in the beginning, and then completely dissappear from the serp? Is that true? And how do I do to make it stable and stay on the first place? Should I just do like slow link building from like facebook, twitter, youtube and so on, or should I buy some Fiverr gig that creates lots of links? What is the best to do when the website is this new?

No,i will advice don't buy any Fiverr, just start manual submission and focus on content because content always king but content always unique.

Uh, I hate when people advise against buying from Fiverr.

You guys do know that some BHW sellers here also offer their services on Fiverr, right? So in the same sense, you're advising against buying from certain BHW sellers.
 
The problem with a service like fiverr is you don't know what you're going to get. Especially when it comes to link building. You're much better off buying a tool and doing the campaigns yourself. You get far better control over your keywords and variety of links (vs. blasting one keyword on 10k forum profiles for $5).

That being said, if you're spending $100 on fiverr gigs to do your link building, you can get variety and multiple keywords that way too. Just depends on what yuou're after. Link building takes time. I've spent $1,500 on software and made about $20 so far.
 
Fiverr was good when there were people providing quality services, or you can say when google was ignoring low quality backlinks.

Try to build manual link building at first. there are many great services on BHW. try one of them, specially private blog networks, but first see the reputation of service and also quality of service,.
 
Pick other keywords that works with main keyword that is pulling your website up. Right now I rank with 492 keywords in google.
 
You've got your MNS on page 1 of Google within one day of finishing it nearly immediately after being indexed. I should be asking you for advice.... I've never seen a site rank that quickly.

@twilightofidols Well, I think it's because my keyword has go so low competition. Right now it is at rank 8 :-)

I also took action to create another MNS yesterday (I live in Finland), and it is on page two of google now :-)

How many keywords should you try to rank one mns for? Like, I thoght you only rank them for one main keyword? Also, are there any services here on BHW or on Fiverr that you would suggest me using to my sites?

I personally experienced this problem for my site few days ago but this is not actually problem its just Google dance. You should not buy fiverr gig for your your link building. Build your links from high pr relevant sites manually and don't outsource for 1st tier. And build your links slow as your site is new.

Since you only started it yesterday don't worry about rankings yet keep building links.

Also make sure you are not logged into Google and you have cleared your cache when checking your rankings from the browser. You probably aren't ranked where you think you are
 
Why Don't You Try Pinterest For Better Ranking your MNS.Google Loving Pinterest And Indexing the links from pinterest very fast.Maybe you should give it a try.........
 
You started the site yesterday and you are wondering why it is dancing :rolleyes:.
 
I think it boils down to what sort of budget you have available OR how much time you have to invest in the site. Please don't take offence to what I'm about to say here it's purely honest advice which I feel I should take into consideration before u throw more money or time into this project. From what u are saying in ur thread, u have a new site that's ranked on the 1 & 2nd page without much link building done.... from experience this tells me that it's very likely u have a EMD and a very very low competition niche, which more than likely has very low search volumes?? The reason I say this is bcos for your get ranked on the 1st and 2nd pages with a brand new site without much link building means the niche doesn't have much competition at all.... Please make sure u have done ur keyword research properly and that u used exact search results instead of broad search... I'm jst pointing this out to before u end up throwing huge amounts of cash or time into a project until u realize it was not a profitable niche in the first place.....On the flipside... I could be wrong and u actually found a HIGHLY profitable niche thats has good search volume and a hidden gem of a keyword that has low competition....I sincerely hope this is the case.... Good luck dude
 
@dp40oz Well sorry for being a noob. I've never done anything like this before, of course I have questions...

Another question, are links from twitter, pinterest, linkedin etc. good links for linkbuilding? Or should I start doing like blog comments, and stuff like that?

Thanks! Well my first keyword has got a little over 2000 exact searches per month. I don't think that's like super good, but it isn't bad either, or is it?

Very wise advice. I knw you should diversify your backlinking, but are bookmarks as powerful as backlinks?
 
Yeah, some sellers are really good. Where as others are just trash.
