CS is so great with AMR. But after the upgrade to 1.5beta, when i started to use with csse at 10treads. it is flying at at the begining, somehow, it will stop and not running, i can see the captcha picture there but it wont solve it. i tried many times also have the same result. can help?, or any setting i should do b4 i use? tq

Meh, was only interested in the promise of recaptcha to be honest. Still a useful application I guess, but Ill still hold off for recaptcha.

i am not OP neither associated with him BUT my recent research based on recaptcha is below: it took 5-10 min to recaptcha owner to change their algo ,while trying to decode it took 2-3 months ,so IMHO we should forget about recaptcha association with CS ,and let OP work on other type of captcha

Well, once you buy we need to make sure 100% that it isn't working on your machine and we can't fix it for you before we offer refunds. Other than that paticular case, we don't since we believe everyone who bys it has a good look at the features and at the thread and knows exactly why it is of use for him/her

Well, 1.5 CSSE is multithreaded so the captcha images won't stay long in the solve screen but it will solve them. How many threads are you using it with?

if "net stop w3svc" fails and you get an Access is denied error message

Then at the command prompt type "services.msc"
When the services.msc window opens find "World Wide Publishing service" right click on it then stop it

I didn't get any requests on skype thou.... anyways, please check if you have installed net framework 3.5 and 4.0 (both). This might also cause the port 80 beeing use bug.

This could be the cause. How do I remove the conflicting .NET framework?

You won't have to remove any .NET framework, just enable what i mentioned earlier and it should be fine

You need to install .netframework 3.5 even if you have higher version. If your OS is windows 7 then you can not install .net framework.WIndows 7 got built in .net framework 3.5 but partly enabled.

To make it available fully please do the following steps:

Go to control panel => Programs and features => find Turn windows features on or off to your left side.
You can find microsoft .net framework 3.5 partly activated there.

Click Microsoft .net framework 3.5.1 and Enable both windows communication foundation HTTP activation and windows communication foundation non HTTP activation.

Apply the changes and save it.

Also please do the following:

Check your antivirus. Some Antivirus blocks CSSE. If you get this error please pause antivirus for sometime and then start server. After starting server you can start your antivirus again. if there is no antivirus then stop and start CSSE again.
Note:If you want to stop CSSE then please stop or pause antivirus first and then stop CSSE.

So now I got 2 errors.

BTW I am not using Windows 7, I use Windows Server 2008.

This is common on win server 2008 and it is caused by World Wide Publishing Service or Web Deployment Agent Service

In some cases these both these services can cause the issue mentioned here at Case 1.

In order to disable them, please follow the steps below:

1. Click Start then Run, type services.msc and hit OK..
2. Scroll down and look if these services are active!
3. In case they are, double-click on them, on startup type click disabled and on service status click STOPPED.

"Seems server is not effective yet."

This is caused by your antivirus or Firewall.

First go to control panel in windows firewall and advanced setting. Add an outbound and inbound rule for captchasniper.exe and CSSE.exe allowing all connections. (do this in the advanced tab, only adding the .exe's to the firewall at simple settings won't add an outbound rule and this is also required.

Then pause the antivirus for sometime and then start the server in CSSE. After starting server you can start your antivirus again. if there is no antivirus then stop and start CSSE again.

Note 1:If you want to stop CSSE then please stop or pause antivirus first and then stop CSSE.

Note 2: If you exited CSSE and Captcha Sniper please start the task manager and kill CSSE in the process tab. For some reason it doesn't close properly and this is a bug which Mike is already working out.

Captcha Sniper is truly a unique software. I don't even know another software which is so cheap (one time fee) and solves captchas on auto pilot.

I get this same exact thing.

I've tried it with CSSE and without and i always get the same result. It will fly through captcha's at the beginning and than just slows down more and more and more than finally it will get a captcha and not try to solve it or anything and will just sit there. It's pretty annoying actually cause now I have to babysit it. and I really want to just start it up and know that it will fly through them all.

I've tried with 10 threads with amr and all the way up to 50. It's the same result.

Any idea of a fix for this?

Yay, I finally got CSSE working. I uninstalled .NET 4.0, then installed 3.5 . Then, I had to edit my hosts file manually because CSSE wasn't writing it properly.

My verdict so far: CSSE solves CAPTCHAs quick but I am getting the same problem as the post above me. It seems to go very quick at the start, you can see a lot of CAPTCHAs being solved, but then it has a blank screen in the CAPTCHA result window for a long time. And xrumer just rejects the captchas. Is the blank screen a result of captchas being solves so fast that the screen can't keep up with it, or is it because the captchas are not being solved at all?

If it's solving CAPTCHAs then the GUI isn't reporting them very well, mostly we get nothing in the output field. Occasionally a letter or two or some text that is totally unrelated to the captcha text. Very rarely, we see a correct captcha written down there.

Like I said, it might be because CSSE solves captchas so quick that the display can't keep up with it. Xrumer reports average solving time of 0.4 seconds, which is 50 times faster than Deathbycaptcha.
