SEO Future in 2012

It's funny how in 2011 people still think that the duplicate content penalty is not a myth, they won't do anything about the content in 2012 I don't really see websites like gizmodo and other big website dying in 2012 because of the duplicated content they use. They may do something about the badly spun content because its shity content but they won't do anything about the duplicate content.

I will share what i have seen and experienced providing my service for past 6 months

Only thing that i see works and has not been penalized by big G is "Article Marketing". Pure and simple Unique articles posted to best and top paid networks.

I say this not only to promote my service :) :) but also because most of our clients are now reaching on 1st page of Google and have seen amazing results.

So basically keep your articles unique and keep sending them to different blogs having high PR and different IP (available with all paid networks)

I m totally agree with you dear.

Google change it self and improve day by day. we need to improve our seo skills and get quality backlink.

seo future is better...changes are made for better...hope for the best...changes will be there according to requirement..!!

I'd also say, bounce rate it something obvious.
If Google sees that visitors are finding nothing useful on your website, they leave very quickly, Google does not want low quality websites.

Oh noes...the bounce rate discussion again?

I will say this only once...the bounce rate of a website is no indicator of the utility itself. Think about it...the user searches for an quick yes/no answer of the question "is blackhatworld the best forum in the world?"

Website A

Short and clear answer in three words "yes silly you" -> user closes the page immediately and is ashamed for even asking such thing -> high bounce rate (website was useful)

Website B

This website give us a 500 words article how awesome BHW is...the user needs to read it for at least 40-60 sec -> low bounce rate (not as quick and useful as website A)

I'm to lazy to give a more advanced example but I hope you get my point

True story...

I think Google will continue to keep us on our toes in 2012. I also believe that the more changes they do, will just increase the business us offline consultants get.

Eventually spun articles will not be able to be used and hand written unique content will be needed to be dripped and the socially promoted. The days of spun spam are numbered.

No idea - as no one knows, but I HOPE the big G places more emphasis on high quality content - even as a paid SEO I am sick of junky sites and horribly spun content.

Google update never affect BHW members...Do you know why??? because we are great black hatters... surely they will find alternative methods :D

My forecast:

Google seo.
Backlinks will be vanished as very important search ranking factor (it will be devalued to to the point where it's importance is like on-site seo). Instead they will increase importance of text index. Which would go to other google "trend" - Google alerts. I think that building fresh topical content will be key for success. If you will target keywords without "fresh" attribute - you will rank them with "fresh" content indexing.

Trends for blackhat.
Spinnable content (spinned sentences and then atleast 50% spinned words in them), investing time for best results.
Outsourcing keywords.
Outsourcing tools via VPS.
Making satellite pages and then blasting them with tools with slow indexing.
Making it even more expensive/same result as at 2012 we will have even more players in SEO field.

And of course,
reputation management as offline-online ventures will be really worthy with all kinds of businesses. Topic is getting popular.

I'm sorry, but I don't agree with anything you've written here lol. Except for the bit about reputation management. Online reviews are HUGE!

I don't think so any changes will occur in SEO but obviously as time moves on new things are coming more better than the old ones
