Bought the Reseller hosting plan 4 days ago and still not working yet.
First, didn't get login info and took couple of emails to sort it out. Then, no NameServer was provided and can't direct the domain names to this hosting account. Found the setup for Nameserver in WHM but the domain name registrer (Godaddy) is telling me these DS aren't registered and won't accept it. There is no instruction of how to setup NameServer and I've never done it before. Other hosting companies will provide you the Name server names and IP addresses when you open a new account, but not this one.

Submitted ticket twice and just replied "We'll check on this". It's already 2 days.

Very pissed off with the service !

Hopefully this'll be sorted tomorrow, if not I'll post again requesting to be moved back to the French server (I was moved from the French server to the Dutch because of problems with the French...).

Anyone know of any other offshore hosting companies that are actually reliable and have a real customer support team that is at the very least competent?

I'm sorry but I've had just about enough of bpspace and their service or lack thereof. I've been very patient but enough is enough. I'm sure I'm not the only one that feels this way.

Our Data Center have internal problem with one of our IPs.
The problem is caused by one of the users publishing some sick stuff over the web, which get blocked by security team in our DC.
We are working on cleaning it up.
If anyone want to be moved to French server, and get online fast - PM Ezlegion, and he will help you out.

Exactly how I feel. Either step up your hosting or I move. I'm sick and tired of these downtimes.

Edit: I'm deciding to stay with them. I know these downtimes are hurting my $$ but.. I have a lot of faith in EW and EZ. Hopefully they get things straightened out ... if anything, I'll upgrade to a yearly payment.
