Submitted a ticket for my reseller hosting account hope you can resolve it.

Is it just me, or is the host really slow? I'm running a small wordpress website and it takes 10 seconds to load.

I agree Derville.. all my sites load EXTREMELY slow, even MNS ones.

I am so over this!

Customer service is great, but server is TERRIBLE

That is great and all.. but what about the amount that the servers are STILL going down all the time? ANd when they do load, they have a ridiculously long loading time?

Can we get some response to that please!!!!

I just wanted to report back that after about a month of fairly heavy use, my server is still up and going strong.

I think I'm on the french servers, but either way, I haven't experienced any downtime.

It was a pain in the butt to get everything set up at first, but once I did, things have been going smoothly for me.

OK, I've managed to contact ezlegion, he's unable to access BHW atm.

Ezlegion and support are pinpointing the problem right now, most likely to be someone using too many resources, so it shouldn't take long hopefully. The sites which are down don't seem to be down for everybody - e.g. my site is down for me but my friend can see it fine from where he is.

Don't shoot the messenger lol Situation is getting on my tits too... but ultimately, if you're losing so much money, it means you're making enough money from your sites to afford offshore hosting that costs $50 a month instead of $10. As with most things, you get what you pay for...

edit: btw it was only today that i experienced any downtime, been fine all week (and my site stats reflect that)
