Yes sorry for the problems, the hosting company are working on it. So for now the website is down so license transfers and support emails aren't working, however the tool and everything else are still working fine.

Actually that isn't true!! I've never had problem with ScrapeBox and actually OWN 3 copies! But this last copy that I purchased on the 5th still is not ACTIVATED!! Going on 4 days ago now!!
Emailed support and they are giving me some crap!! SweetFunny if you can do anything it would be great! If not, I need a REFUND for my most recent transaction!

Nonsense, your third license was activated in 11 minutes and then you transferred it the very next day which was done in 49 minutes where it's been active for the last 2 days and you have been using it.

Silly idea popped into my head, I already have one license for ScrapeBox and one for ScrapeBoard (Loving them both) and was just wondering if there might be a discount on the purchase of a secondary license so that I could have ScrapeBox on my desktop and my laptop. If it's economically within my means (and my means are terrible this month) then I'd be interested in PMing about it. If it isn't possible then I understand and perhaps I'll just save my pennies for a while.
Seriously, thank you for being so quick with your response. I was truly surprised as I'm sure you and the whole team must be swamped right now.

You are quite incorrect!!! I purchased this licence on the 5th in conjunction with purchasing a new VPS and have not had it work yet! Although I've submitted it for activation probably 20 times. The attached screenshot taken just minutes ago shows my PAID FOR software is still not working!

I think you need to look for bugs in your activation system cause your definately having problem!
I have a partner who copied his SB to a VPS this weekend and it was activated already. He never had to activate his license! It has some other name and it has changed tiwce in the past 4 days!

Unbelievable, you must think i'm the dumbest person on the planet? But what you fail to realize the logs show you activated with v1.15.18 then 73 seconds later updated to v1.15.27, then 20 hours later updated to the new v1.15.28 release with the Pagerank fix. Then 4 hours after that transferred your license to an OS running under VirtualBox and used it there also.
Would you like me to post the full usage logs? Of course not, it blows holes in everything you said.

Then you must be pretty DAMN Dumb!!! I have not been able to use this software since I purchased it on the 5th. My New ISP did say they had trouble with my VPS during the time period that you mention, but I have not even been able to use the software since it was purchased and that is the current state of the software.
If my ISP in the process of whatever problems there were having did this activity, I have no knowlege of that as I just took posession of the server FINALLY on Friday eve. I find it pretty POOR customer service on your part! Is this how you treat all customers who contact you for help? How appalling!
In fact, you wasted more time dealing with logs, and refusals to activate my software than it would to activate my software! Is this how you treat all new sales?
If this is how you are going to handle things, the community will see how you deal with new purchases!! As if you didn't already put you foot in your mouth by claiming you track everything a user does!
Have a good day and I'll be looking forward to my refund or an activation in the next 24 hours!

I hate to break it to you, but virtually every website/server on the internet you visit knows your IP, Browser, Operating System, Language, Referrer, Entrance Page, Exist Page, Time on Site, Screen Resolution etc etc.
Me knowing when you activate your license, transfer it and your SB version is nothing even your own website will log more.

Its not really that surprising seeing as we have to go through an auth system everytime we open the program. All sweet really has to do is query a lic# and all connections probably come up.

hi every one !
I am new in SB yesterday I just upload a AA List and run it I got 2k success over 5k and 1200 Links+ anchor text are found .Now the question is what should I do to index them so that they count as my site backlinks?? my site has previously 47 Links and they are still 47 after SB blast. what I need to do to index them ?? waiting for reply
