well this service sounds fantastic for the sellers but what about the buyers? Hardly getting a bargain are they? As a potential web buyers I'll steer clear. I too look ofr bargains not premium price.Thx

We work closely with both buyers and sellers. Our buying clients appreciate being able to buy quality sites that we have vetted. Looking on the open marketplaces is time consuming and risky.

I have quite a few buyers who are repeat customers. Many of whom have spent 6 figures with us in the last year. I've yet to have a complaint from a buyer.

It's a win/win for buyers and sellers if the seller gets a price they are happy with, and the buyer gets a quality site for a reasonable multiple.

what about bh sites ( search engine cloaked sites ) that make over 1k$ a month? do u do those?

I can certainly take a look of it. If it's been a steady earner then it's usually not a problem. I have clients willing to take varying levels of risk with their purchases.

I just wanna give my $0.02. Bryan is a very stand-up and classy guy. He knows this business and knows it well, and actually appraised the two sites I was going to sell at higher than I thought.

I had a change of heart with wanting to sell one of them (It's like my baby!) and we're still potentially working out the details on the other.

Even if I don't sell either of the two sites through Bryan I will definitely notify him of any sites in the future I'm looking to broker.

I recommend everyone at least contact him to see what he can sell your sites at: chances are he will get you more even with his brokerage fee.

Yep! I've sold a lot of sites in various niches and various sources of revenue/traffic.

Here's something a bit different. You mention 1k/month

What about sites that are very viable and potentially lucrative but just are not currently monetized?

Ie I have various geographically targeted sites for very targeted high payout type of keywords that I'm at the top for. I'm getting traffic for these keywords but the site has nothing but content on it....no ads or things for sale.

They are to sell advertising for local biz that offer the targeted service.

You seem to be good at the networking part which I seem to suck at, would you be interested in finding a renter or buyer for these sites of mine?
