What is the best way to get a $500 a month site sell PM me would like to chat a little with you

Meathead is one of the best guy's I could have ever worked with. I have had the absolute BEST communication so far with him and it continues to get better and better! Stand-up guy for sure :)

Just finished a complete sale with meathead!

Never had a better transaction in my life I believe. Everything went smoothly and he has a lot of patience! He goes above and beyond anyone else I have done business with. The money got transferred in a very timely manner.

Took less than a week to get the transaction done! And that was starting on the day I contacted him :)

Meathead and his partner are the best in the business and I wish them the best of luck in the future! I'm sure they won't have any problems.

Work with these guys and no one else!

*BUMP* :)

I have some very active buyers right now paying fair multiples. If you have a site to sell (especially if it's quite passive), let me know.

Budgets in the $XX,XXX,XXX range, so cash is not an issue.

For the right site, I can turn it round and have cash in Escrow for you within 48 hours.

Fill out our brokerage request form and I'll get back to you.

If you guys were taking a 5 to 10% commission per site being sold you would become quite rich and could buy 100 bulletproof servers with xRumer etc on them and rent them out to people... lol just a random idea that popped into my head :).

I was reading this BHW thread and if this guy is true then you could persuade him to let you guys sell his site and make some commission? I have a PR4 site but its making nowhere near 500 a month...

We can buy 100 bullet proof servers tomorrow and rent them out. Or buy 100 washing machines and start a laundrette. Or buy 100 pigeons and start a pigeon-zoo. But we're in none of these businesses so we'll stick to selling websites and having a few side-ventures that are closely related to our main business ;)

Cheers for the suggestion! But if I'm not mistaken he already contacted us regarding this :)

I don't know if it's good to ask here. But my site is not legit since it uses images from other news.

Anyway, it's a new technology which you cannot find it elsewhere.
The income from ads is around 600$/month. There are 600,000 pages indexed and growing.

Here is the screenshot. I'm not sure if your customers are interested in this. Most of traffic are from US. :)

Please send me the PM if you're interested. I will give you the url. Thanks.

Hey meathead, i have one small question and as you are authority in flipping websites, i thought i should ask you this question.

I am starting a website where subscribers will pay me $10 per month (subscription based). Is there any way, that when i sell my website i should transfer whole paypal account? So, subscribers dont need to cancel their subscriptions and opt for new one?

Thanks

Good question, and something that quite a few people overlook.

Paypal isn't the easiest to transfer, but you can if it's attached to a business.

If you're looking for something that's easier to transfer (with recurring payments) you might be better off with something like Clickbank...

Do you sell domain names with no content at all? I've just bought a few and some could be very profitable if someone has the right business...

We'll take a look, but it's rare we find a domain that's valuable enough to be worth our time to broker.

Hello,I sent you a pm regarding my premium domain sale. The name of the domain is really good and let me know if it is possible to sell.

Thanks,
Tillu

Hi Thomas, quick question. Once a site has plateaued in earnings, how many consecutive months earnings should you record before selling the site in order to maximize the sale price? Is 3 months sufficient, or should you wait a full 12 months? How much more can you expect to gain by waiting the additional 9 months?

This is for sites that generate 100% of income from adsense, and 100% of traffic organic from google/bing/yahoo.

Thanks.

Hi there,

Pretty hard to put an exact number on it, but generally the longer, the better.

3 months is okay - especially if the site is under the $10k level as there are a lot of buyers at that level who will probably over pay.

Cheers!
