Well like I said in the vid, generally ping mode isnt used to get links. Further more now days I would say the majority of stat programs that are going to display logs publically will discard ping based traffic.
That said, suppose you found a good option for that you would put your site in the referrer or websites.txt file which is the middle of the 5 boxes. Then you would put your sites/stat pages that you want to ping in the "sites to ping" box which is the very bottom box of the 5.
for creators of sb: Please integrate this features into sb:
-some solution where you would exactly know at which point in list crash happened, and autolog of succesfull posts
i will give example. i was harvesting like nuts, a few crashes.....a few nights where computer just stood still becouse of harvester crash (ridiculus but okay i could go with that). then comes merging and dups removing and stuff like that, then comes the pagerange check (luckily probbably the only thing where SB so far rarely crash). then i come out slow poster and most anoying stuff.....if it crash here, becouse i dont know know at which point of list it crashes...and its not wise to double post 2 times same stuff to good high pagerank list (which was collected on hard way)
so if you cant stop crashes, then at least give us some good tool that will tell us at which point crash (or freeze) happened
similar problem also happens with fast poster
i guess it would also be good if it would autowrite stuff to "sussesfullpost file" and "failed post file" adn "captcha file"...just becouse of crashes
i guess it could wite this into same file...but then there should be some extractor

also some aditional thing that doesnt make me happy, besides the fact SB is crashing all the time (i already sent a few times some config file to support)
and that thing that doesnt make me happy is slow license tranfer...okay i get it...people shoudlnt chance license from one to other computer to often....but hey creators should look here and notice how many times people have problem with crashing and they should A: fix that, or B: give them chance to try this on different computers without waiting for age on license tranfer...or do they expect we will buy 2nd license just becouse 1st on 1st computer is crashing like nuts?
...i had 1 month some vps....where i wanted to try scrapebox on other computer, but i was discuraged to try it on another computer, becouse like i read here many times tranfer of license takes looooon time.....and to tranfer license from one to other computer and realize it doesnt work at all and then transer it back....it just take to much time
its just ridiculs, its crashing and the long license moving time is stoping me to try it somewhere else

So long as you enter in the right transaction ID I have never had it take more then 12 hours to transfer a license, which I don't think is a looooooong time.

Next up Scrapebox rarely crashes on me. I have 40+ instances I run across mutiple dedicated servers and they hammer thru millions of urls a week. 95% of crashes are generally eitehr a lack of physical resources (aka you need a faster machine or to go slower with smaller lists and less connections), software issues on your local machine such as old versions of windows causing connection issues - Anti Virus - firewall etc... or too slow an internet connection/ISP connection/DNS issues.
The program runs stable and well across thousands of machines, I talk to people all day long that have an use it with no issues.
Stick with it, and realize its powerful. If you want to bit results at fast speed your going to need a powerful machine with a big internet pipe. Windows 7 with the latest service pack or Windows 2008 standard R2 or better are the ideal OS and avoid a lot of issues that old windows imposed on its self. Good old Microsoft, its like building a race car that can go 200 miles an hour and then putting a governor on it to not allow it drive over 30 miles an hour. The newest versions of windows don't have the governors. Will it run fine on older versions, sure, but if you are having lots of issues, it could be part of it.
@Loopline - I delete all another softwares from my dedicate server and it's seems to work a bit better then before, no crashes yet

I just watched the trackbacks and pingbacks videos
1) Is it safe to say that if a blog is set to autoapporve comments it is probably set to autoapprove trackbacks also? What is more powerfull trackbacks.comments or both?
2) If someone wanted to be a dick and use pingmode to DDos a site they would need shit tons of anonymous proxies an a very very large url list right?
Well I haven't really done the split testing to give you definitive answer on trackback auto approve, but it does seem easier to get a moderated trackback approved then a blog comment. If I were a guessing man, then I would "guess" it is setup as auto approve, but best bet is to just setup up SB and go to bed and let it bomb 100K and then check links and see what you get.
As for the DDoS I fail to see how educating anyone on how to a DDoS is going to be beneficial, so Ill remain mute. I will be mystic and say that 99% of the time, no matter how good you are there is someone better and you are always traceable, proxies or not. So if your planning on learning how to DDoS someone, you best hope you don't tick off the wrong person. They might just hack yoru site or your home pc and wipe you out. Worse show up on your doorstep. Worse send someone else to show up on your door step. The world is a small place mate, my Dad for instance. He is an upstanding citizen, great guy, give you the shirt off his own back. He has cousins in the Mafia. Like real life, no messing around.

Furthermore a DDoS could be considered a intent to "harm" or "cause loss" in many countries and if proven could lead to hefty fines or other recourse.
