I can't remember if you can do this or not? Can you take all the urls from your site and use that for your websites list? to deep link to all the pages of your blog?

Sure.. why not?
Either use the urls in the sitemap.xl in the root of your domain or simply harvest all your pages with the site:yourdomain.com search operator.

Hi, I am a new user of scrapebox and have some Qs

1.- If the poster crashes, where can I find the log of the Posted OK items of that sesion that crashed?
If you have the add on enabled and the option checked then you can find the files in the root folder of scrapebox.


2.- Bought some private proxies, when I start posting all of those proxies are asked for credentials (user/pass). A window pops up inquiring and pausing the whole process.
This is annoying because It cant be left unatended for too long. I am using the correct format proxy : port : user : pass.. Anyone with the same issue?
Did not have this issue myself but I believe it has been discussed on the forum before, not 100% sure though.

3.- A bit confused about the footprint concept. What is the main utility of it?
The custom footprint is a tool with which you can harvest all kinds of pages not only blogs. Let's say that you are looking for fresh proxy sources, you can find them with the proper footprint.

4.- Can SB post on blogger and how?


5.- Any way to merge the export of "Posted" blogs with past ones, instead of overwriting the previous report?
Save under a new name and merge using DupRemove addon

6.- When you abort the posting process, close the posting window and later continue; will SB skip the Posted OK urls ?

I use public proxies scraped with Scrapebox and check them all and verify their security.
Scrapebox takes over an hour to scrape and verify them.

Besides that, there aren't any private proxy companies that i know that allow to use their IP's with Scrapebox.

So I just scraped URLs and had to click "Stop Harvesting" button. SB crashed giving this error:

Nobody can tell you exactly what happened here. Your best bet is to fill out this little form with as much details as possible: amount of urls that you harvested, the amount of proxies used, what search engines, how many keywords and so on.

1, when you post on blog/forum, you leave a link pointing to your site, so people already see the spamming site/URL. Why do i still have to hide my IP? so somehow they can ban by IP, but not by URL?
2, I though shared hosting IP is not static?
3, how many times or how long can a private proxy be used before they stop working?

If you have waited days or weeks for your license transfer then you most likely did not do it correctly, this shows you how to correctly look up and input then info you need to transfer your license. Which will ultimately help you avoid delays and save the developers some footwork trying to hunt down your license.

How come waiting over a week for a license transfer, sent 3 emails.

See my video above, they are really good, but if its been that long, you probably did not give them the correct information. Aka if they can't find your license then they can't transfer it.

L3 proxy is pointless to begin with. An L3 proxy will show your IP address and its pretty much the same as if you posted with your own IP and not with a proxy. You want L1 (high anonymous or elite) or L2 (anonymous).


Yes you leave a link pointing to your site, but its going to show the IP that you are running scrapebox on, not your site. So when you post a comment to a blog, the blog logs YOUR IP. So if you run scrapebox from your home computer or your server that is the IP that is logged. Now if your ISP is like most they won't like complaints. So if you show your IP that you are running scrapebox from and someone files complaints you ISP or hosting company may tell you to stop or they will give you the boot.

Your site IP is on your host for your site, and its unlikely that they would file a complaint against it. As for instance, I could go spam your site all over the place, and that would cause you to get complaints. Its too easy, so people won't complain to that, but they will complain to the IP that spammed them, which is either a proxy IP or your IP if you don't use proxies, or if you use L3 proxies.

As for banning, things like akismet ban on IP, URL and Email etc...

As for your web host of your site, its "probably" a static IP, but it could be dynamic. Either way, its mute, cause they aren't going to complaint to your host. Now if your home IP is dynamic, it is still traceable. Because when a complaint is filed it will have time of day and day of month, etc... thats all logged by your ISP and they will know who had what IP when.


As for private proxies being used before they stop working. Its totally subjective. I mean they don't really ever "stop" working. They just might get banned by akismet or whatever. I use Your Private Proxy and they allow you to change your proxies 1 time per month for free. I usually change them once per month, but I have gone 6-8 weeks on mine. I hit millions of blogs a week. I haven't ever had problems. Besides we are talking about mass volume here. If you hit 1 million blogs and you are blocked from even 50,000 of them (which is probably high) who cares? Follow me here. You still have 950K. The alternative is hand posting relevant comments to all 1 million in the first place to never get blocked. Thats not realistic, so you are still ahead.

Its likely they will ban your url before you have to worry about all of your proxy Ips being banned anyway (if you are using the same url). If you are really interested in the blogs that block you, and your url is banned then create a 301 site and use it to spam with in the first place, or after the fact and as long as you are using non blocked Ips and fresh emails your golden.

If I recall correctly in the report section after posting the ones labeled as "failed - discarded" are the ones that the blog kicked back and said that you were blocked.

Their site says less then 12 hours. Its a manual review process to make sure people aren't trying to steal licenses. That said they have to eat, live, maintain scrapebox, maintain scrapeboard, develop scrapebox, develop scrapeboard, answer support emails for both and they probably like to sleep a few hours a couple times a week too. Hang in there, its worth the wait.
