Hi all,

I'm looking to let automation take over my tedious manual backlink building techniques.

I have heard Scrapebox is a good start and can be bought for $47. However, when I visit the website, it says its $97? Any idea where it is for sale much cheaper? Do people sign up as affiliate and buy it for themselves?

Also, I was wondering if Scrapebox is hard to use? Does it take a lot of playing with it to unlock its true potential?

I was considering buying Scrapebox allong with 'The Best Spinner' to try out blakchat marketing for my first attempt, and then moving on to xRumer if all goes well after a good few months.

Any feedback appreciated.

I am not new to SEO, but I am newer to blackhat and automation.

Ps. I forgot to ask one more question: I am living in Africa at the moment, and my internet connection really isn't anything special. Is this going to be a problem in relation to using Scrapebox? Does it need allot of bandwidth to function?

You can tune ScrapeBox to use less simultaneous connections. ScrapeBox would even run with a 256kbps connection.

It is not hard to use, but does take a little time to learn the best methods of using it. Fortunately there are several threads on this forum that will teach you everything you will need to know.

It does use a good deal of bandwidth but as softtouch2009 said you can adjust the number of simultaneous connections to run on your internet connection. Another option would be to run it on a windows VPS.

Have just bought Scrapebox!

I am going to learn to use it (if anyone knows of any good tutorials for total beginners then please share).

Then I am going to rent a Windows VPS as suggested once I have mastered the basics.

use charon and SB internal scrper.. remember to test all your proxies before using them....

Yes, there are free public proxies available on Internet, but they are not good for SB. Go for Private proxies!

name, email, websites, comments and keywords and i can scrape after more keywords and do a harvest after WP blogs or what you want, and then do a blast.

i have no "real" stats, but i think akismet loggs the IP's any many ppl uses the free proxies, so if you think "Scrapebox and other spammtools * users * comments * 365 days" So i guess the sucess rate is much lower with free proxies.

buy it.. it's really cheap.. and really powerful...
