I only use 2 priv proxies, and i usualy see that SB uses 1% of 1Gb/s line, thats 10Mbit/s. But i dont have everything at max. And i dont want to stress the 2 proxies to much. But i guess that you can flat out your line at 100/1000Mbit/s if you have comp power also.
And i use the SB on a VM machine, XP with 1 core of a c2d 2.33 cpu, and 1gb ram just.
