discussion about how website went from 150k visit month to 5 million visit per month

Hello I Wanna open this thread if allowed so anyone who have proper idea on how website like this grow so fast as similair web show .
its : https://9anime.or.at/
like on april it got 150k visit and on june ended by 4.7 million visits most are all organique .
Any seo expert can clarify the methods used ?
