All Ecommerce companies in China are set up in a way where employees are internationally separated (account creation, account management, buyer, freight shipping etc), each group specialized in one section of the business, so it is virtually impossible for them to figure out the whole picture.
Employee stealing methods is a very huge issue among ecommerce companies in China, owners are trying every way possible to make sure no one can steal methods efficiently. Some companies even ask employees to sign agreement to never start their own ecommerce without permission and will pursuit legal action when they discover something fishy.

If you are referring to getting an account to sell on ebay again, and if you just need to sell a few thousands dollars worth of stuff, you can get a stealth account.
Otherwise, you will need to register some businesses (not just one) and start registering business seller accounts, you will get a 10% to 20% survival rate on your new accounts, but if you do it enough, you have enough accounts for a long term ebay business model.
Say I create a multiple LLCs and business accounts, will eBay ask me to provide personal ID? The reason I ask is because I fear that will be tied to my terminated account.

ebay will ask for last 4 digits of your social, but they do not cross check based on that. they are asking to verify your identity only.
