Is it worth posting Reels every single day

I kept a streak for a month and my account grew, but I was dead tired, and my creativity tanked completely
I’ve also been exhausted trying to come up with enough ideas just to keep up with the numbers, but from now on I think I’ll stop focusing on quantity and concentrate on quality instead.

Daily posting can help with momentum but burning out usually hurts more in the long run IGs algo doesnt just reward frequency it rewards retention + saves shares If your quality drops engagement does too Many creators find that 3 4 high quality Reels per week perform better than 7 rushed ones

Posting dailybits not a good idea especially if you do not have very good content daily.

If you post just to make a new post its not working.

You need to make quality.

Thank you. I will focus on creating quality content instead of pursuing quantity

i am on day 17 og 60 day marathon and it's totally worth it. creating video about ai

I've been posting daily Reels for 2 months now and I'm exhausted. Yeah my account grew from 2k to 6k followers but the quality of my content is suffering because I'm scrambling for ideas. Yesterday I literally posted a video of me organizing my desk drawer to a trending audio just to keep the streak going.

The worst part is there's no consistency - some lazy 5-second clips get 40k views while the Reels I actually put effort into get like 500. And if I skip even one day, my reach tanks for a week. Is anyone actually seeing long-term success with daily posting or should I just focus on quality over quantity?
Do not loose hope. You just need few reels to go viral.

I’ve noticed the same thing, quality posts always do better long term even if they don’t pop right away

Sticking with a 60 day marathon is no joke and it’s cool you’re doing it around AI content

Thanks for the encouragement, I really needed that. You’re right, sometimes it just takes one or two Reels to really take off, so I’m trying to hang in there and keep experimenting

Daily posting can help growth at first, but long-term it usually burns creators out. I’ve seen better consistency focusing on fewer but higher quality Reels

You're not alone — this is a very real burnout loop that a lot of creators fall into, especially with platforms like Instagram that seem to reward constant output but in very unpredictable ways

Don't get burned out. I will advise you focus on quality over quantity, check the videos that performs well and see what is unique about them because sometimes what looks like rubbish to the creator may be appetizing to the audience

Daily posting isn’t mandatory. If quality suffers and you’re burning out, focus on fewer, better Reels. Consistency matters, but value matters more. Quality over quantity every time. This is the best.

Exactly, that’s what I needed to hear. I was so caught up in keeping the streak alive that I forgot the whole point is making something valuable
