Is it worth posting Reels every single day

I've been posting daily Reels for 2 months now and I'm exhausted. Yeah my account grew from 2k to 6k followers but the quality of my content is suffering because I'm scrambling for ideas. Yesterday I literally posted a video of me organizing my desk drawer to a trending audio just to keep the streak going.

The worst part is there's no consistency - some lazy 5-second clips get 40k views while the Reels I actually put effort into get like 500. And if I skip even one day, my reach tanks for a week. Is anyone actually seeing long-term success with daily posting or should I just focus on quality over quantity?
You're burning out, and that's a red flag. Daily posting can help growth early on, but long-term success usually comes from consistent quality, not constant output. Focus on making fewer, better Reels that you’re proud of.

I’ve definitely been feeling the pressure. I’ll shift my focus to quality over quantity and make sure each Reel is something I’m proud to share.

It's a common experience. Pushing for daily content often leads to burnout and a drop in ideas. Shifting to quality over pure volume is a smart move. Better to deliver strong, impactful content less often than weak content daily. Your audience will appreciate the effort.

When your posting, make sure to use a 4G connection. Often times, Instagram Reels will get a higher reach when posted from a 4G connection since the IP is more "trusted". Take a look at that for 1 month and see how that is.

I think it's not necessary to post reels every day, instead you can plan to post weekly or monthly, posting 3-4 reels a week for example. Instead of posting reels every day and feeling exhausted and of course "out of ideas", you should plan long term.

You’re definitely not alone! Daily posting builds momentum, but the algorithm often favors consistency and quality balance. If you’d like, I can help you create a sustainable content plan something that keeps your reach steady without draining your creativity.

That is a common problem when you post to much. Spend 2-3 days brainstorming and then shoot. It will help reduce pressure as well.
