It's a common experience. Pushing for daily content often leads to burnout and a drop in ideas. Shifting to quality over pure volume is a smart move. Better to deliver strong, impactful content less often than weak content daily. Your audience will appreciate the effort.

When your posting, make sure to use a 4G connection. Often times, Instagram Reels will get a higher reach when posted from a 4G connection since the IP is more "trusted". Take a look at that for 1 month and see how that is.

I think it's not necessary to post reels every day, instead you can plan to post weekly or monthly, posting 3-4 reels a week for example. Instead of posting reels every day and feeling exhausted and of course "out of ideas", you should plan long term.

That is a common problem when you post to much. Spend 2-3 days brainstorming and then shoot. It will help reduce pressure as well.
