[GUIDE/SOP] The "Copy-Paste" Method to Go Viral on TikTok & Instagram.

Hey BHW,

I see too many of you trying to crack the organic social media code, wasting time and money on methods that simply don't work. You're trying to reinvent the wheel, guess the right hashtags, what to post, which format to choose and pray the algorithm blesses you.

That's the wrong approach.

This is the exact SOP we use to scout, replicate, and distribute content with a high probability of going viral. Stop guessing. Start replicating what's already proven to work. This is a system, not magic.

Let's get into it.

Disclaimer: This guide was originally written in French for our new recruits. I asked ChatGPT to translate it, so if it sounds a bit like AI, that’s why.

Part 1: The Core Philosophy: Replicate, Don't Reinvent

Before we dive into the process, you must understand the mindset. It's brutally simple and effective:

  1. Identify: Find content that is already trending or has massive engagement in your niche.
  2. Replicate: Quickly reproduce the core elements of that content (the hook, format, sound) with your own spin/product. Do not change what works.
  3. Distribute: Post systematically, leveraging each platform's algorithm to your advantage.
  4. Engage: Prime your audience and interact to fuel the fire (e.g., "comment X to get Y").

Part 2: The Step-by-Step System

This is the "how-to." Follow these two steps religiously.

Step 1: Building Your Viral Content Radar (The Scouting Engine)

This is the most critical phase. Your goal here isn't to be creative; it's to be a good detective.
  1. Create Your "Scouting" Accounts:
    • Create a separate, dedicated social media account on both Instagram and TikTok, purely for trend scouting. DO NOT use your main brand account for this. This is non-negotiable.
  2. Train The Algorithm (The "Priming" Phase):
    • Your goal is to turn your scout account's feed into a firehose of viral-potential content.
    • For the first week: Spend 30 min/day on your scout account. For the first two days, follow ~10 top accounts in your niche at the start of each session to give the algorithm strong initial signals.
    • Your daily training flow: To train the algorithm effectively, follow this exact flowchart to make algo training successfully.

    • After one week: Your feed should be perfectly curated. You can now lower the daily "training" time to 5 minutes just to maintain it.
  3. Active Trend Curation (The "Harvesting" Phase):
    • During your daily scrolling, use the "Save" or "Favorite" feature aggressively on any content with a viral hook, sound, or format.
    • Once a week, review your saved content and select 7-14 posts to be your targets for the upcoming week. Prioritize things you can replicate quickly and easily.

Step 2: The Replication & Posting Machine (The Execution Engine)

Now you have your targets. It's time to execute.

  1. Content Replication (Batch Production):
    • Go through your list of 7-14 selected posts. Your mission is to replicate, not reinvent.
    • Produce your own version of each one. Crucially, keep the core elements: use the exact same sound/song, a very similar caption structure, and the same hashtags. The final video should look and feel very similar to the original.
    • Ensure high-quality production: good lighting, clear audio, and correct aspect ratio.
  2. Posting & Community Engagement:
    • Post 1-2 videos per day from your replicated batch.
    • CRITICAL: Once a post goes live, be ready to engage. Respond to comments immediately. This signals to the algorithm that your content is creating conversation, which is a massive boost.
    • When you post, create an engaging story to announce it. Don't just use the "new post" sticker; be creative to drive your existing followers to the post.

Part 3: Understanding the Game: How the Algorithms (Supposedly) Work

To win, you need to know the rules. This is why the rules in the next section are so important.

The Instagram Algorithm Playbook

  1. Your post is shown to a small group of your most active followers.
  2. If they engage well (reshare, comment, watch time), it's shown to more of your followers.
  3. If engagement continues, the algorithm runs a technical check (quality, brightness, etc.).
  4. If you pass, you hit the Explore page for non-followers.
  5. If they engage well, you go viral.

Key IG Takeaway: Your existing followers are the gatekeepers to the Explore page. If they don't engage, you're dead.

IG Action Weights (Most to Least Important):
  1. Watch time
  2. Reshares
  3. Comments
  4. Likes
  5. Saves

The TikTok Algorithm Playbook

  1. The algorithm first analyzes your content's technicals (quality, brightness, etc.).
  2. You're immediately shown to a test group of non-followers on the For You Page (FYP).
  3. If this test group engages well, you're pushed to a much wider audience (including some of your followers).
  4. If that goes well, you go full-blown viral.

Key TikTok Takeaway: Your content's hook and quality are everything. You get a direct shot at the FYP. Your follower count is less important for initial distribution.

TikTok Action Weights (Most to Least Important):
  1. Watch time
  2. Comments
  3. Reshares
  4. Likes
  5. Saves

Part 4: The Golden Rules: Do This or Fail

Follow these religiously. Don't question them. This is what separates accounts that pop from accounts that flop.

  • NEVER use scheduling tools (Hootsuite, etc.). They use APIs and datacenter proxies that kill your reach. Post manually.
  • NEVER post from a desktop. Always use a phone with an active SIM card.
  • NEVER change the scouted post's song, hashtags, or description because you "think you know better." You don't. We are here to replicate what is already proven to work.
  • ALWAYS pass your video through CapCut before posting on TikTok. Add a tiny, invisible effect (like 1% brightness). This adds metadata that signals it's a native video, boosting reach.
  • NEVER have more than 4 TikTok/IG accounts connected to one phone.
  • NEVER edit a post after it's live. Double-check everything before hitting "Publish."
  • ALWAYS use strong hooks that make users stay ("You'll never believe this...") and CTAs that encourage resharing/commenting.

Obviously, nothing is 100% certain, but these are our deductions based on hundreds of accounts. Feel free to share your own findings. I hope this will be useful to those of you struggling to break through.

All the best,

- Kylian

The thing you mentioned about using a Simcard and using a device to do the posting is so vital. Most agencies we are with avoid API tools for posting since the videos get flagged. It is good you mentioned that. Accounts will be much more safer, and get more reach posting from the non-api schedulers.

Hey friend,
It was a very good guide, with a lot of gems and very valuable content.
You confirm certain things I thought, you shed light on others I had an inkling of, and I've learned some new things.
Congrats and thanks.

Bro, you have shared an incredibly valuable amount of information. Thank you very much.

really amazing guide. kudos to the detailed breakdown and step-by-step explanation. One question though, if some of our top 10 competitors are using SMM panels, should we still replicate their content? Any way to identify these type of accts from other ones that go viral organically?

nice share. its just that we need to play with algorithm everything something stop working..

If they use panels, I guess you won't come across their content in the explore feed. But focus on replicating what's really working.

Nice share. It's a very detailed guide. What do you think about using AI agents for automated posting?
I mean if you can make them run on phones or emulators AND with good IPs then sure. If they run on datacenter bs and post from desktop, you can forget.

What about using any tool with oficial API?

Avoid that too. Once platforms realize your content is being pushed in a way regular users wouldn’t, you lose authenticity and your reach is more likely to be impacted.

NEVER have more than 4 TikTok/IG accounts connected to one phone..

But i have 6 account ... What should i do

If it’s working for you, keep at it, who am I to say it’s wrong, haha. But if you notice your reach tanking, grab another phone or log out of the extra accounts.

Great share, thanks for the primo guidelines

We are just starting to get into socials more, will try your methods

Thank you sir for all this info, do you have information about changing IP to USA, does it affect anything or is it worth?
