We keep working on traffic and growing the audience.

I’ve decided to focus on more massive traffic sources where there’s a huge amount of our target audience.

And Twitter (X) has a huge audience, and according to the stats ChatGPT pulls from other analytics services, this platform actually ranks number one.

I really love this source because it has such a big audience… and also for its loyalty to adult content, since account issues there are much less common.

And here are our results

But what else are we doing? Today we had a call about strategy and decided that for a new TikTok method we’ll rebuild our traffic department and start actively hiring people.

In fact, there’s nothing secret in the method, since literally everyone sees it every day when they open the app.

We’ll also try uploading more nudity to TikTok. If done properly, TikTok’s algorithms don’t actually recognize it and still allow us to get a lot of views.

It’s actually TikTok that made us truly rich and brought in a lot of money.

Yes, conversions dropped, yes, the audience gets burned out. But it can still deliver a huge amount of fans weekly and monthly, and push OnlyFans pages to revenues of $20–30k in just one month.

That’s why I spent the whole day today writing out all the regulations and guides for our staff.

We’ll do it smart: first we’ll hire testers, then we’ll hire an HR for this department, then traffic uploaders. Plus a couple more positions.
And at the same time we’ll test a few custom uniqueness solutions from our specialists and see what happens.

I really wanted to show how our software for auto-uploading videos to TikTok works, but I couldn’t find anything on hand :с

So, I’ll show it next time.
And Instagram. Things are stable there… we’ve been working closely on this source for several months now and learned how to generate a couple of million views per day. Honestly, that still feels low to me.

Our little Instagram farm — it was literally a challenge to buy out all 30 phones in such a short time.
I’d love to automate this process… and we’re moving in that direction. We already had a small agreement with a team regarding automation for this platform, and we’ll see how it goes.

There are really a lot of screenshots, and honestly these results don’t excite me as much as they used to. But thanks to the number of phones, my trusted VAs can test a huge amount of accounts, creatives, and more.

Next on my plans is to scale Twitter to solid and exciting numbers. There are really a lot of methods, and we need to keep testing them all to reach 500–1000 fans per day on our models’ pages. That will definitely be a strong growth point.

As for TikTok, everything is clear — I just hope we’ll be able to close the routine processes in the near future.

And regarding Instagram, I hope we can automate the setup we already have to achieve more interesting results.

Right now, I’m not starting from scratch — I already have an established business. But I’ve decided to keep something like a diary here and share what’s happening with me at the moment.

When we were building large TikTok farms, we had to hire a lot of people who followed our algorithms and drove traffic. That’s when I noticed an important insight: among employees, there are truly talented people. They don’t want to just be “virtual assistants” — they want to grow and take on more responsibility. These are the ones who quickly stand out and can grow into heads of traffic departments.

My current goal is to find exactly these kinds of people. I’m actively looking for an HR specialist who will hire virtual assistants and help build the team. But I’m also continuing to look for strong specialists myself.

My near-term plan is to bring into the agency people who can not only handle tasks but also attract other smart people into the team. And for that, I’m ready to offer the best conditions on the market:
- a high revenue share percentage (up to 35–40%);
- work with top models who produce content quickly and convert very well both on social media and on OnlyFans.
And probably the key insight: don’t try to do everything yourself. Look for talented people — and give them the kind of conditions that will help them grow together with you.

Right now, I’m already actively searching — people are responding and sending decent resumes. But to be honest, there are very few truly “hungry” ones, the kind who really want to earn. Is that good or bad? Everyone will have their own opinion. But the upside is: when competition is low, it only makes things easier for us.

And I also have a backup plan ) We’ve already started testing it, and I’ll share more about it soon.

In general, I follow this principle: at the start I focus on models who have charisma and can stand out — if I want to scale a model, that’s really important for me.

Next, what matters to me is fast growth and a strong image. What do I mean by that?

1. Attractive appearance
2. Good outfit (for example cosplay)
3. Genetic factors — like a cute face or a big boobs. Or fetish moments… like Asian chicks

This helps get viwers attention.

But honestly, I don't believe in mentoring. If someone knows how to make money on OnlyFans, they can make a couple hundred or thousand dollars a day once everything is set up and they have the knowledge.

It’s been quite some time since I last shared my journey. At some point, routine completely consumed me, and I stopped documenting my path on this forum. But I realized that I truly enjoy doing this, and now I’ve made time for new posts.

I’m really glad to be back here with a new chapter of my journey. A lot of new things have happened, so there’s plenty for me to share.

Briefly about the results: our agency has reached $3 million in revenue (not counting the models who left and didn’t really convert well). We brought on new models, and now we have around 15 in total. I had to completely rework the strategy for managing at scale so that traffic remains stable and keeps revenue at the level we need — and so that chatters don’t get too relaxed on the pages.

Over the last 1–2 years, traffic has changed significantly. But as the saying goes, “when something decreases in one place, it increases somewhere else.” That’s exactly what happened with the sources we used to rely on. Now we have to search for new growth points and take a much more systematic approach.

New knowledge

Will I be able to achieve this? I’ll answer with one of my favorite quotes: if you truly want something, you can make it happen.

My new goal is $500,000. Why this number? It’s a beautiful number, that will make me even happier And more importantly, I want everyone working with me to start earning more as well. The best feeling is seeing one month’s results surpass what used to take me 3–6–12 months to earn

Relaunching TikTok & Actively Hiring VAs for Other Socials ​

As I mentioned earlier, we’ve been rebuilding our TikTok department — and I can confidently say it was the right move. Honestly, things are going smoother than expected. Hard work combined with the right connections in this space helped me solve the setup in just a couple of hours by making the right offer to the right people.

What’s already done​

- 4 people are testing funnels and already found a working approach and some “weak spots” of the platform.
- Around 4 active HRs are onboard.

What’s our TikTok strategy?​

We’ll be using both spam strategy and account management strategy.

Spam strategy:
We’ll be uploading videos to hundreds (even thousands) of accounts daily. TikTok is heavily spammed right now, and conversion dropped a lot. At the moment, the benchmark is that 1 person can generate up to 30 free fans and 3–5 paid fans daily. The plan is to scale with volume.

Account management strategy:
We’ll run the most trusted accounts long-term. The thing about TikTok is that authentic, even low-quality content performs really well — no need for polished shoots. People want “real.”
Even here we’ll still apply spam logic in parallel.

With managed accounts, results are higher-quality: around 10–50 free fans and up to 7 paid fans daily (passively).

So if you think about it, it’s not complicated at all. We’ll take quantity + add an Instagram strategy on top.

Earlier, we lost a huge amount of traffic by not focusing on Reels. This time, we’ll warm up accounts through Reels and scale to really big volumes.

The methods are already found — now it’s just about execution.

Key insight​

Now I approach this with the mindset that you must constantly be testing and finding stable methods across socials.That’s the only way to keep a consistent and high flow of fans.

By the way, I can also share more about our AI-content approach later if this thread gets some reactions.
