I’ve sent multiple emails over the last couple of months with no reply. Tried posting https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/festinger-vault-do-they-still-work-or-only-sell-licenses.1745301/#post-19748808with no luck.

To recap: I purchased Lifetime VIP (Order #299075) and immediately cancelled my Agency plan (Order #298958). My account was correctly shows only the Lifetime VIP license as active. Now there is no active license at dashboard page.

Despite cancellation, I’ve been billed $59 every month (May 16, June 16, and continuing) for the Agency plan.

Please, cease all future Agency charges. Refund every monthly Agency charge since cancellation. Confirm my Lifetime VIP license remains active with no further fees.

Same issue. I have seen a lot of people facing this issue. Nothing is being fixed.

I think the only resolution now is a dispute..

Deleted member 752298 can you please address this? I have not been able to download ANYTHING since the initial issue with licenses.

I'm from the Netherlands - if people are interested I can arrange that a lawyer brings his company a legal notice and eventually bring him to court (again) since he does not deliver nor refunds people and charges while not delivering anything. We need to have a few people to split the costs than it'll be definitely profitable for us. Since he is not taking any of us seriously maybe this will be the only way. Regarding my latets post: I already have screenshots and screen recordings about the disability of the website, how practically nothing works except upgrading the plan etc. That in combination with many people getting charged while getting nothing in return + no refunds made seems a solid case to go for.
