I got issues, too. It seems I can login but in fact there is no login session.

Login by Mail + (old) password does not work, it creates no real session although it looks successful. For those with existing accounts, try magic link login. When I did, I even had my lifetime license active.

The site isn't working perfectly, i have a Pro Plan and everytime i try to cancel i get this error. Why are you ignoring us when we want refunds Yet making it hard to access account portal to cancel. Stop messing around with us this is serious, you charged peoples credit cards my dude... this is serious. Please don't ignore this, my bank said to talk to you first, if you're not gonna respond going to call them back and let them issue a chargeback.
