I still cannot login, nor get a reset email.
The contact form on your site fails. I did send an email a few days ago though.
My username is Eerie.
I've sent 3 emails now over 3 more days (after weeks of no response). Still no response.
username is the same as here....
After setting up my account a week or so ago, I then had to set it up again. I created it using the same username as before, and it applied my license. Not sure if anyone else is having this same issue, but may be worth a shot. It just worked for me. So if you know your old username, confirm if you can create it with that same username and it MIGHT apply properly.

Does every plan have different access levels? If so can you include some information on which plan offers what
i am not able to login man, can not even reset, you keep asking me in DM to try again after 2 / 3 days and the issue is same.

Honestly now I'm confuse whether it's just me or it's everyone, I am a lifetime member but on billing page my account is shown as Free User, but I was in some "organization" and on the top right of the main page it shows 9999 download limit, so is this how lifetime member suppose to see their account?
Because my problem isn't on how my account looks on the dashboard, but it's the fact there is literally NO REAL UPDATED PLUGIN PEOPLE NEEDS, i am talking about Elementor Pro, GP Premium, Perftmatters, RankMath, etc. None of them show up in the plugin list, and all the plugins have twisted weird name

Hey! give me my refund you guys charged me again! Not only did i not have access after initially paying on july 21, a week later you unexpectedly began this new migration to ACME. You're still saving peoples credit card information and CHARGING THEM!!!!!
My bank said to notify you first, and if you refuse me a refund they will dispute these charges. A $20usd refund cause i only used the site for 1 day to download 1 plugin before you migrated again!!
I'M DONE WITH FESTINGER. How dare you charge me, even though after the new migration my account is on free plan just like everyone else, so you secretly held peoples credit card information from the old platform during all this fiasco, WOW.
The screenshots below are proof! Stop ignoring me, and refund my money, and cancel subscription.
If i don't get a response by Tuesday(after labor day), i'm calling my bank again to let them know the merchant has ignoreed me & they can dispute this, then i'm contacting stripe with your api keys and give them emails from my bank and screenshots of this website as to how its unlawfully charging people. I also have court documents and your company's information if this escalates.
Sorry i can't let this slide, this is now in the realm of scamming. I need the Full $20 refund for July 21 & Aug 30, and monthly payments cancelled.

I have been patiently waiting for months now. all you reply is DM me, when thats done you reply there already sorted. and noting is sorted atleast for me and a bunch of other people here. We NEED A RESPONSE NOW. Is this going to work or not. i do not want to waste my time any more and we can start reporting him here. guys lets discuss on what should be done.

Yesterday I couldn't login again, currently a Cloudflare error.. Vault is now about a year not working with a few days exception that you can do something. Everyday is a lottery whether it will work or not. I give up on this sh*tshow, it was fun while it al lasted untill last year but it seems Festinger is too addicted to newest tech and stuff and keeps "improving" and breaking things. Making it look cool seems to have more priority than just delivering the value.
People: buy your licences if you really need something or go to a different place with GPL. It's cheaper than waiting untill this thing will work again.
